Hadn't been to a KFC in years, so we figured what the heck? Wish we hadn't gone. The order? It was messed up: the staff forgot multiple items we paid for, down to sauces. They were out of fried pickles (yes i know it's not a health food. No, my fiancee isn't pregnant). Did the staff offer an alternative? Nope! The guy at the counter said "hey we're out of pickles so you get fries instead." Wow, what service! The chicken is what you come here for right? Well, don't. It sucks. The tenders tasted like they were under a heat lamp for days and had a disgusting grey color. Sauces to dip them in? I can't speak to that, because the staff forgot the sauce. They were also cold. Fries were cold. The biscuits were cold and bland. If you want fried chicken, please don't waste your time at this place. It's got bad reviews for a reason. Head to Popeyes or even the grocery store deli counter. PS: I tried to chat with a rep online about the experience. They said they couldn't help and told me to call some phone number. KFC is always good! But the service here was not so good. I ordered through the app as I was taking it home, I got notification through the app that my food was ready. I drive through the drive through and the man at the drive through sounded like he didn't know what I was talking about when I said I was there for my online order, then proceeded to tell me to drive forward. Another man came to the window asked what my order was I again said it was an online order and gave my name he walked away and came back saying his manager said to tell me to drive around to the doors and it would be right out, I told him that the app said my order was ready he rolled his eyes and said again that his manager said for me to drive around the to doors and it would be out in a minute. I do just that but it wasn't a minute it was more like 15 minutes which means my order was not ready like they put on the app. When the young man brought me my food he was rude when asking me to verify my order I said what as I couldn't understand him very well and he again asked me to confirm my order or was it for me, I told him it was mine. The Chicken wings were the size of the dollar size drumsticks in a wing joint. They didn't have the usual KFC taste ... The Cole Slaw was watery and not very flavorful. The strawberry shake didn't taste like strawberries. They gave me Hot Sauce instead of butter for my biscut. The only thing that tasted good was my biscuit when I added my own butter. For instanceI ordered an 8pc meal/extra crispy. I received 5 small original legs; 1thigh, and one wing. Not only was the order NOT an 8 piece meal; not extra crispy; no variety expected in any 8 piece order; they gave me a wrong side. This KFC is so unaccomadating! Earlier last month I was craving for a Double Down for lunch, there are two KFCs near where I was. I happened to call the one partnering with A&W, the girl who answered the phone said they haven't officially made a comeback for the Double Down yet but she could make me one, without the special sauce (just two slices of fried breasts sandwiching cheese and bacon). I ended up not going to that one because my lunch partner wanted to come to this one, a joint with Taco Bell because she wanted tacos. When I asked for the Double Down, they quickly and firmly said no (didn't even offer to make one like the other place). My disappointment was soon replaced by the new Cinnabon Delights treat over on the Taco Bells menu, but they also said no they don't have those (can't be all out, they'd just opened for lunch!). While nothing else looks good, I settled on a KFC Chicken Pot Pie which I've had in the past and thought was pretty good. At least it was served piping hot. Just a few weeks later, I heard on the news that the Double Down is officially back for a limited time only, so I invited a friend to lunch, turns out he wanted Taco Bell as well so we're back to this exact joint. They have the Cinnabon Delights this time! So I figured I'd be a little healthy and get the grilled Double Down, was told no again, only fried. Gosh! Can't they just use two pieces of their precious grilled chicken breasts to make a happy customer? I know they serve grilled chicken at this location, they just don't want to make anything out of the rule book to please people. Oh and check out the picture I took of my sandwich, so little sauce it makes them look cheap. Sigh, this place has done it for me for the KFC Double Downs, it's sad. It's food. When you get burned out on other food I suggest going here. I would give it 5 stars if they would of kept potato wedges as part of the menu. This place should not have reopened. COVID was a blessing for them. In the last week I have tried them twice. Once as KFC and Once as Taco Bell. As KFC, they were out of chicken. How does KFC run out of chicken? As Taco Bell, I tried the new grilled cheese burrito and three crunchy tacos. The ads and pictures definitely had me thinking it was a great item. The burrito was just wrapped in a brown paper with unmelted cheese. The burrito was pathetic looking. It couldn't have more than 2 ounces of filling. Definitely not worth trying. The tacos were soggy. I live two minutes away. Not far enough for them to turn soggy. Overall this restaurant should really look into its standards. No chicken is poor planning. One of the worst fast food options in the area. If you like cold food that isn't what you ordered and you're not sure it was even cooked today then go to this location. I live less than 5 minutes from this location so I have given them many chances but it's clear I should stop trying. For example I ordered an 8 piece beyond chicken meal, wanted extra fries and they didn't understand me. They charged me for the fries then I get home to realize there's no fries at all in the bag. What? They either forget something or don't care enough to make it even in the past hour. DO NOT EAT HERE! *ASSAULTED AND VERBALLY ABUSED by Manager! The worst customer service I have ever experienced, in regards to food service. I was at this location today with my Mother. After being treated poorly by the girl receiving payment, we got our food and checked our items. We were missing food. When asked for the missing food. The Man claiming to be the manager, argued, cursed and yelled that our food was all there. No joke! After asking for a refund due to the shocking treatment. As my Mother handed the bags of food back to him, he pulled the bags with such force, that my 70 year old Mother's arm was hurt by the frame of her car window. He then, slammed the drive thru window closed and refused our refund. Upon questioning him of the assault made on my Mother, the "Manager" with absolutely no regard to his horrific behavior, when pressed about it... continued to argue that our order was originally correct, all while yelling, pointing his finger and using obscenities. Meanwhile, a tall blonde male employee, approx 19 years old, preceded to say F-U to my Mother and I. Repeatedly! Another male, teen employee, shouted out that we needed to "respect" them in order to receive respect. One nice female employee (obviously witness to this horrible display) offered a "cash" refund (we paid by card) and couldn't give a receipt. The "Manager" wouldn't let her speak and kept tugging on her shoulder to get her away from the window. She said to go around front and she'd bring our receipt. I proceeded to walk up towards the front door. "Manager" ran up quickly and locked lobby doors. She came out shortly after, unlocked lobby door, and "Manager" was still tugging/pulling her shoulders as if he didn't want her to communicate with me or provide me with any assistance, and she did in fact hand me a receipt. However, it wasn't the right receipt. It was someone else's. Maybe he provided her with the receipt in which to give? He was obviously trying to cover his and his male employees tracks for his assault on my elderly Mother and the verbal abuse made by himself and his teen employees! They should be fired! No excuse! I've worked in the food service industry and customer service for 22 plus years. I cannot believe this happened! Unbelievable! 911 was called. A report has been made. I felt highly threatened and in fear for my Mother and my own well being. 3 men, yelling, cursing and virtually spitting. It was such a horrific scene, that a male customer behind us in the drive thru, came up to see why these Men were yelling at us. He preceded to ask, if everything was okay due to the level of aggression shown by the Employees and asked if we needed any assistance. We will be contacting corporate, and most likely an attorney as well. This should NOT happen to any customer ever! Shame on you workers at this KFC! Shame on you! Well- I figured I'd give this place a shot 5 years after I went thru the drive thru and waited 35 minutes before getting a messed up order. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Listening to the teenagers giggle and not work. My wife's and mine meals were supposed to come with a cookie we did not receive. Lemonade is watered down, potato wedges containers were upside down in the bag, food was pretty nasty. I live literally behind this kfc/Taco Bell and I drive way out of the way to Kipling and Florida for Taco Bell. And if I want to try kfc again I will go to Kipling and Morrison. Stopped here for a late lunch on a rainy afternoon; just grabbing food and running. This is a combo KFC/Taco Bell and the server, who was just as sweet as can be, when I couldn't lock onto anything overwhelmingly attractive, suggested the popcorn chicken nuggets the KFC side of the house had recently come out with. They were delicious and hit the spot perfectly, lightly seasoned. They come in a $5 for I think a 10pc, and $10 for a massive "binge night on the couch on a rainy night" 40 pc. :o SO MUCH BETTER than McDonalds or BK's nuggets. The food was delicious, but it was the kindness of the server that earned them this 5-star rating from me. Well done -- will definitely be back. read more

Came here with my family about an hour before closing time. The three of us ordered off the $5 fill up menu. We sat in the lobby for around 25 minutes listening to all of the teenage workers horsing around. The girl working the cash register told us they were out of 1) dark chicken and 2) mashed potatoes and it would still be a while. Another customer came in saying she'd been waiting for wings for over half an hour. When we got our food our order was messed up and one of our meals was missing completely. First, I wouldn't normally take the time to write a review for a fast-food joint, but people should be warned about this place. I fully expect them to go out of business sooner rather than later if they don't fix things. So what's so bad? First, they are a Taco Bell/KFC combination "restaurant." They don't get either one right. It is both the worst KFC AND the worst TB I've been to. Second, the food isn't up to par (yes, I know to set the bar pretty low). The TB portions always seem smaller than anywhere else, and they never seem to get the ingredient proportions quite right - too much sauce, too little cheese, etc. Third, their prices seem about 10-20% higher than other local TBs. I can't explain that, except that maybe they are trying to gouge the high school students from across the street. Finally, the service SUCKS. They are SLOOOOOOOW. This is NOT fast food. And they are clueless - I have literally never gotten a completely correct order from them. They always forget something or give me the wrong item, then take forever to correct it, with no apologies. They just don't seem to care. I don't want people with that kind of attitude making my food. These guys are so bad that even though they are just a few blocks from where I live, I will drive miles out of the way to go to a different TB when I need a fix. Seriously, just don't bother. Unbelievable. I wouldn't be surprised if this one goes out of business. Went there at 20:40 (8:40pm) and the sign on the door said their sign said they were open until 22:00, The drive thru until 23:00. The supervisor said they were closing at 21:00 because she had to leave and then later said the fryers were down and they only had one batch of original chicken with nothing else to offer. They said they had Taco Bell products but my family and I went specifically from Red Rocks Community College to have KFC. What poor management! I'm going to report this to the BBB as well. From that point they proceeded to take forever to prepare our food and then informed us that they were out of several items. When we did get our food, it wasn't even what we were told we were going to get. One of my sides was a bowl of gravy instead of mashed potatoes and my other side was missing. this update of the worst kfc taco bell in the united states is nothing short of mind boggling! so, shortly after i gave my first yelp about this location about a month ago, someone i assumed to be the manager named Christian L contacted me attempting the make things right. he offered his apology, and a voucher for a free meal and dessert. i accepted. i watch my mailbox and nothing. three weeks go by before i try contacting Christian L about the matter. another week passes, no reply. tonight i drive to the worst kfc taco bell in the nation hoping to meet Christian L face to face. believe me, you cant make up what will happen next... im waiting in the drive thru. i notice almost ten minutes pass without a single car advancing. there were about 7 or 8 cars waiting. i call to see A, what their current $5 buck box was featuring and B, if in fact the elusive Christian L was working this evening. surprise surprise, the phone was answered by another wannabe Taco Bell Thug. "thank you for calling kfc taco bell this is "Sir" how can i help you?" you can tell he was very annoyed. "whats in your $5 buck box?" Click.
