Had to wait in line while everyone in the back ignored the front dining room. As I ordered my food, I was told they do not have regular unsweetened or sweetened tea, they only carry raspberry tea. I'm guessing it was the manager that just got snotty with me. I asked if they had anything other than soda or raspberry tea and she snapped no. I will not visit this one again. They are rude and don't care that they are that way 5/12/22 read more

Food is horrible the skin of the chicken is falling off, and I seen multiple employees eating food when they wanted no gloves, and smells of sewer 10/10 do not recommend. also waited in the lobby for 20 mins for food while in the back the employees are blaring inappropriate music. read more

Just went to KFC in Jeff City. Will NOT go back! Went through drive thru and ordered 2 2-pc chicken combos (supposed to be a wing and breast each). Ordered one extra crispy and one original. The order taker told me that they only had a breast and leg in extra crispy. And in original a leg and thigh. If I wanted to wait 17 minutes, they were dropping more chicken and I could get a breast and wing. I told her no problem, I'd wait for the chicken. I paid and was told to pull around and she'd bring to me when done. When I got home with my food, it was 2 legs extra crispy and a thigh and leg original. I only eat white meat so I couldn't eat any of it. I waited the required time for the fresh chicken and got garbage. This is so disappointing. I will NEVER go back. Paid $14.00 for basically a soda and some slaw. If you decide to go to KFC, be sure to check order before leaving or go inside. I can't believe this location is still in business. I've read the reviews before, but decided to try anyway. BIG MISTAKE!!!! Buyer beware! If I could give a negative star, I would! read more

The new mac and cheese chicken wrap was criminal. They should have paid me to take it. Made a yelp account just to post this. read more

KFC - mac and cheese chicken wrap - Chicken Shop Near Me - Jefferson City, Missouri

Horrible experience, went there on (9/11/24) and they charged me at the drive through then after charging me informed me their fryers were down. And they couldn't do anything about it. I never received any of my food and will never go back. BTW they don't do in store refunds and refused to give me any compensation or goods that I ordered. I also contacted their corporate office and told them the situation and they said to take it up with the store. -5 stars read more

This location has had multiple complaints from customers being double charged at the drive through! They stole $44.00 from me. They said it didn't go through the first time then ran it again. Meal cost me $88.00! Apparently they hire thieves! Probably pocketing funds from the cash register as well. Void the last transaction then pocket the money! Dirtbags! read more

Call me a glutton for punishment- but I love the taste of KFC original recipe chicken, mashed tatos-n-gravy. and cole slaw. The last THREE times I have been to the Missouri Blvd. Jefferson City location; I've been overcharged, gotten the wrong order (substantially less than ordered). and had to wait a minimum of 13 minutes! The first visit, I waited TEN minutes in the lobby before EVEN being acknowledged. Then, after placing my order, was told about FIVE minutes later that they were out of biscuits.......it would be SEVEN minutes before they'd be ready. REALLY? If you started those while you were IGNORING me; they would have BEEN DONE! I ALWAYS order the same thing......a two breast and one wing big box with two sides and med. drink. Twice, I recieved ONE breast and TWO WINGS.....but still charged over TEN dollars. ULTIMATELY!!!!!!- In these THREE visits.....NO EMPLOYEE-INCLUDING THE MGR. appeared to be in NO hurry to complete orders or resolve issues! I give THIS KFC a grade of F-. The employees don't care! What more does a customer need??!! PLAN ON 30 MINUTES for your order and CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING or YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!! read more

Most filthy disgusting place I have ever been in. I took my grandchildren to the Jefferson City, MO KFC for dinner last night (06/05/2022). We walked in and the cashier (ticket says Kiara) came walking up texting on her cell phone coughing all over the place and not even attempting to cover her mouth. I asked for Chicken strips and mac and cheese for my grandkids and the cashier advised me that they were out of both. All they had was popcorn chicken or regular chicken and they only had mashed potatoes and gravy, french fries and corn. No cole slaw, baked beans, mac and cheese etc. The cashier advised that they don't make anything more close to closing. They close at 8:00 p.m. and it was 6:30 p.m. After ordering what little they had to offer, we got our cup for soda and they were out of lids, so I went to the counter to ask for lids and the girl who took our order was on her cell phone texting and would not acknowledge me. We went to find a table and every table in the place was filthy as well as food all over the floor. At that point I was so disgusted, i told my grandchildren that we were leaving. We left our sodas and did not get our food. Between the coughing in open and the lack of cleanliness, I could not allow my family to eat in such a disgusting place. While leaving, there was a different employee trying to help another customer that had evidently ordered online and they could not find her order. Their employees need to spend more time on cleanliness and customer service rather than texting their friends. I went to the Secretary of State website to get Corporates mailing information to file a complaint and I could not believe that every Missouri KFC corporation was dissolved or forfeited. If I could give this KFC less then 0 stars I would. read more

If I could give -Stars... I would!! BE AWARE!! After going through the drive thru @ KFC I discovered I was double charged on my debit card. $35.14 TWICE!! The Manger at Mo Blvd in Jefferson City, Mo REFUSED to refund the second charge. Credit Union I bank with said it's up to KFC to refund my money as it was Their "mess up". So dinner cost Me $70.28!! When requesting a refund for the double charge, I was treated very poorly. The manger was rude to say the least. In His words "It sucks to be You!" I did NOT get a refund in this matter!! BEWARE KFC CAN AND DOES DOUBLE CHARGE AND WILL REFUSE TO REFUND WHAT THEY STEAL FROM YOU!! HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK OR EVEN A DAY DO THEY GET BY WITH THIS? I have My bank statement to prove this. I also had the Manger sign the bank statement stating that KFC refuses to be responsible for My refund. As a matter of fact, the Manger offered to call the Police on Me if I didn't leave His store. BEWARE!! do not eat at KFC!! I will be leaving reviews on Google and Yelp!! This isn't right!! read more

I got the 2 bucket 8 pc meal and noticed I only had 1 bucket, so I had to go through the line again because there is no walk-ins. When I got to the speaker I told the gal I only received 1 bucket. She said all 16 pieces were in there. I should have pulled over and checked but she lied straight to me. I paid for the deal and didn't get what I paid for. What if I had a big family to feed?... and high minimum wage is deserved? Huh. read more

I had heard some pretty bad reviews but I was really craving the chicken ordered on doordash original recipe the first piece of chicken I ate may have been original when it was cooked but it had been left on the burner for so long that there was at least half an inch of dried chicken from being left under the burner too long and crispier than my teeth could handle the second piece was okay I suppose the third piece I could tell it was original and it had just been made with at least in the last 30 minutes half an hour and it was pretty good but for his expensive as a meal cost for a family I expect fresh food will not be ordering from this location ever again. read more

i have had KFC my whole life( I am 65) and really love the original recipe. stopped by, grabbed an 8 piece family meal. when I got home. It was the worst KFC I had ever had. the skin was so tough it tasted like bone. there was even a piece that looked like a quarter but it was a drumstick stuck to a breast. I had to pull it apart because it was stuck together due to the skin and breading being so dry. never go to the Jefferson City KFC. obviously they don't give a damn about quality or their customers. the managers and owners should be held responsible for their food. it is obvious they don't care about their customers. read more

I had the absolute worst experience with them tonight. I ordered it off of DoorDash and nothing was right about my order. The food was cold and I didn't get anything I actually ordered. The chicken they gave me was terrible. read more

Consistently excellent service. I know this is fast food, but in a town dominated by fast food, the service at this KFC is always a excellent. At times the quality of the chicken is inconsistent, e.g. sometimes it's super hot right out of the fryer fresh and other times it's not, but I always appreciate how friendly and nice they are here. read more

I was going through town Sunday so I ordered food at 11:40 anticipating I would be in town around 12:30 to pick up. I went through drive-thru to get an order for my kids and then had to go inside to get order. Wow. The worst. 2 people working and I'll use that term loosely. The kid working the drive-thru was absolutely lazy, ignored customers and was an absolute detriment to the other man working who I assume was a manager. The owner needs to get to this location and fix it! The owner at our KFC is working every day and the conditions have greatly improved. I would fire lazy incompetent workers. My orders took forever and my online order was labeled incorrectly. I waited for over 30 minutes and finally discovered my order was waiting with the wrong label!!! If you don't have enough workers, close the drive through and direct customers inside. It was a mess, but need solutions to fix the problem!! read more

I ordered chicken strips and fries through the drive through. The coating on the chicken was awful! It tasted as though the grease was not hot enough and, as a result, the coating did not stick to the chicken. The fries had the old grease taste as well. They tasted as though they had been sitting in a warmer for a long time. I couldn't eat the food and will not go back there. read more
