I usually go through drive thru and they are nice understandable over speaker. Never had a long wait unless of course it's after church or right after 9-5 ppl get off work. The food is always warm and I appreciate that. I don't like my food cold. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I sent my bf in to pick up our order, it said it was ready. He stood there almost 10 minutes before he was awknowledge. And then it took another 15 minutes for them to tell us our food would be out in 10 minutes. WE HAVE TO DO BETTER! We can no longer blame white folks for what ails us. We have the ability to make it right but yet time and time again we choose not to. I walked to the counter and literally stood there for 4 minutes before someone would acknowledge me. And then when the young lady with the grey wig came to the counter she didn't greet me or even look at me. She simply said "what can I get for you?" No greeting, no smile, no customer service. Zero sense of gratitude for having a customer come to your establishment. Hood or no hood doesn't make a bit of difference in regard to customer service. No matter where you work or what you do, you should ALWAYS present yourself in a professional manner. In college I worked at 7-11 in OKC. Never once did I let that be an excuse for me to act like a bum towards customers. Her attitude was a direct reflection of how she feels about herself. Sadly. Owners/managers you have to stop hiring people that damage your brand!!! The young lady was horrible and could care less about servicing customers properly. Why, when you get home from going through the drive thru and you live minutes away, is your food not even warm? The fries were ghastly. The tenders were cold. The new nuggets were warm. It's a shame when you spend $40, expecting decent food, and you feel ripped off. There is just accountability in fast food around here. You all want more money, for what? I worked at KFC when I was 16, almost 45 years ago, and we took pride in ourselves and the product we were representing. Will not be back to this location. Can't take the chance on sub-par food. Horrible service.....Second time doing an online order to avoid the ridiculous line they have in the slow drive-through. Well you are suppose to call and let them know you're in which park. Well so much for that because EVERY TIME you call the line busy. Well when I go to the door ma'am the lobby is closed. Of course I know that but how else do I get my order? While on her phone I would like to hope on break (I will tell them). Here comes slaw and the young lady said just call us next time. I told her you can't call if the line is constantly busy. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal and 1 piece meal. Not answering phone, laughing and joking at counter, & didn't receive all of my food.

The food was great but they were rude. Of course we could not dine in due to Covid which was expected so we eat in the parking lot and went back up to the window for a refill, they said no because we were not eating in the lobby. The manager came to the window and I asked if we could have eaten in the lobby and was told no you can pay for refills as he shut the and walked off. read more

This KFC is one of the better ones in West Tennessee. Buffet has always been well stocked when we have been there. Employees have been polite and helpful. Would give less if available. Not very clean. Grill broken (again). Little chicken on bar. Waited 20 minutes then had to fight 15 people for 1 anorexic piece of chicken. Staff not at all curtious.
