Out of every KFC I've ever eaten at in my entire life, this has to be the best one I've tried! I honestly did NOT expect the food to be this good. Crispy chicken, Good gravy, crispy AND seasoned hot fries. You can't go wrong. And even if you do go wrong somehow? They can make it right! All in all? Clean store, fun and understanding staff, amazing food: Got a 10$ bill? Go there: get some chicken. You will not regret this: read more

Stay away from this KFC. I went inside to order food and they said they're too busy waited 10 minutes and they said they had to handle drive-through couldn't help me out. This is the worst place to get any food stay away from this KFC don't ever go here they won't take any orders in the inside. Horrible customer service rude managers like 18 years old this place needs to be shut down. read more

KFC - THIS IS HOW KFC SERVES THEIR BUFFALO WINGS!! - Fast Food Near Me - Hartland, Michigan

Food was bad, girl was rude and giving me dirty looks in the drive through. And there was an open box of pizza and snacks right next to where drinks were being prepared. That's extremely gross and unsanitary. Eating on line should never be allowed. read more

KFC - Open pizza box and drinks as well as chips. - Fast Food Near Me - Hartland, Michigan

Double check your orders folks. We ordered a 16 piece meal, received a buckets and two bags at drive thru. We only received 8 pieces of chicken and no rolls. Also received a wrong receipt for only a 12 piece meal. Repeated calls to store went unanswered. Calling number on receipt now. We live too far away to drive back to store Added: online customer service was very helpful read more

I gove it a 3 because the facility is beautifil. What isnt good is no condiments available unless you ask. Steak fries were a bit old or just overcooked. Side of mash potatoes is not what it used to be. Ok if you are in a hurry. The y are speedy. read more

Gave me pop instead of water. I don't know how you screw that up. Not worth my time to drive back. Great example of every fast food place crashing and burning at an accelerating rate. read more

Chicken Littles - great sandwich, just my size ... in the past. Not so today. Chicken was very tough. I had to tear it apart with my teeth. The roll was dried out and stale tasting. Just sad and disappointing. The guy in the window seemed nice. read more

Good job! It's KFC folks, you know what it tastes like, sketchy mashed potatoes, good coleslaw, biscuits that are a crap shoot. So the question is, is this location up to that standard? IT IS! I traveled past the local KFC (I'm looking at you Fenton!) to find the hot mediocrity that is now KFC. Hartland delivered. The order was right, the drive thru quick, chicken hot, coleslaw cold, bagged nicely, and the gentleman at the window responded "yeah" when I said thank you. Solid experience if you go into it with the right expectations. read more

Third time to this place and each time has been worse than the time before, do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. This las time we were there after golfing took for ever to get waited on while setting at the bar. waitress brings another beer that I didn't order. Food was subpar for what your paying, wings are outrageous. Definettley not worth the price and service, try another local establishmant and hopefully better luck. you guys are not busy enough to have the shitty service that you have, very disapointed. I love to try and support local establishments but this is one that will get no more of my money. read more

Horrible service. specifically asked why I didn't have two boxes at drive through, she said it was all in the same box. Arrived home and only one meal was there. I live too far to drive back. Paid for two meals only received one. check your order before you drive away from the window! read more

I'm been CRAVING some KFC forever. I was finally able to stop into this location. Great food, clean restaurant and great customer service by the older gentleman at the register. read more

It was a cold and windy day. I had tried another restaurant down the road, but couldn't find a seat. Stopped here with visions of chicken tenders. I was not disappointed. I ordered a #6. The chicken was hot, crispy and tasted great. I also enjoyed the mashed potatoes with gravy. It's not homemade, but I find it good. I nibbled on the biscuit and cookie, they were both good, but they are not on my diet, so I skipped them. I found the restaurant super clean, the behind the counter personal nice and the location great. After visiting many fast food locations in the area and constantly dealing with messy dirty eating areas, this is a huge surprise. Keep it up!!! read more

Bought a family dinner for four... the sides were enough for one person. I brought it to the attention of employees and manager and their response "sorry that's our sizes"... when I know for a fact it's not!!!! What a rip-off and no wonder the place was empty!! read more

What's going on with KFC!!! They changed their fries and the fries are terrible. Was going to the KFC in Fenton and the chicken was dried out, started going to Hartland KFC and their chicken is dry. We pay good money for food and its not worth eating out. Go back to the dinner fries and chicken shouldn't be sitting around waiting to be ordered. Colonel are you listening??? read more

We have a problem with this location. They forget our biscuit every time we order an extra biscuit. We spoke with the manager Madison today who also messed up our order today. When we discussed the problem with her she was defensive and rude. We can eat elsewhere. read more

Some good KFC. Fast service from the drive thru. Got exactly what we ordered. Chicken was good, mashed potatoes and gravy, good, Mac n cheese good and the best coleslaw. Free Cinnabon biscuits and regular biscuits ( which we don't eat so I should ask to not have them with our order) read more

You can sit down at a restaurant and eat cheaper than KFC, plus Krispy Krunchy is better and worth the extra 5 minute drive.

You guys absolutely suck, I don't come in because you have young people on the window, and they suck. Correct the problem or they will feel the wrath of customer service Good day read more

One of the better fast food chains in the area. Service is always pleasant, food warm and order correct. Got home today and found a dog biscuit in the bag for my pup who was in the car with me :) read more

Really rude staff who are "scared of customers". Horrible service and very dirty. DON'T go here.

Great food always fresh made. Orders have all been correct. Great staff. No need to double check your order like other area restaurants. Culver's is bad news have not received one correct order. read more

The food's typical KFC. The FLOOR, however, always has a slick, greasy coating on it. It's disgusting, it reminds me of my teenage forehead only worse. read more
