After 60 years or so of KFC ya kinda know what to expect right? WRONG! Friday night, 5pm, this place should be at its best right? Wrong. I was greeted with "we only got crispy". I wanted original but what the heck. I can live what crispy. "Okay, 2 3 piece dinners one all dark meat, one with one piece of white and 2 dark. Green beans on one, Cole slaw with the other." "No green breans, we got corn." "Okay, I guess that will have to do." I bought as take out. I get it home. My partner takes one bite and could not stand to take another. I don't see rude or mean employees, but I do see a lot of mean rude disgusting customers come in and attack the workers. Working in customer service jobs Does not make you less human. People make mistakes I understand you might have a bad day but every time I've come here. Ok. Wow. I went in for some food. This place needs a manager who is competent in keeping the joint clean. Theres grease allover the screens they use for orders, the equipments looks dirty. The floor is so filthy that I was overpowered with the stench once I walked in. As I stood waiting for my food, I was legit straight up scared about the food. If I wasn't so hungry I would have did an about face at the door. This is Geneva so not much food options that are worthy and I didn't feel like searching any further. Once I got my order I dug in apprehensively. The fries from taco bell was alright. The container was messy with sauce on about to drip from the edge. I got past this. Now, when I pulled the chicken sandwich, I noticed that the bread was hard as if it was left outside for a while. I went back in (oh yeah I was scared of sitting in the place due to the overwhelming stench) I told the lady at the counter what was wrong with it. They took it back and I get a bag about 10 minutes later. Another lady returned her food right off the bat and they took it in the back and microwaved it and brought it back to her passing it off as if they made her a new one. My new bag of food had greasy marks allover it. I looked inside and realized it's not the food I ordered. So I brought it back and finally got what I ordered. They gave it to me and my hands were greasy and it got on my phone. Screw it I'm just gunna eat it in my new car and go. Too much time had been wasted. I ate it, and as I drove, I realized the stench of this place was stuck on me. I decided to drive home, and take a shower. That's how bad it was. Dont go here. Trust us. If you like paying to be treated poorly by rude employees and you enjoy getting REALLY crappy food that is far from fresh then this is your kind of place ( and good luck if they get the order right) Also tonight was worse than usual and whoever the girl is at the drive thru window should DEFINITELY be fired. We went through the drive thru at just after 8 PM. The girl taking our order was rude to start with. My fiance wanted chicken tenders and they didn't have any. Then he also wanted biscuits and we were told they didn't have any of those either. Then they almost forgot his drink. They didn't give him a fork to eat his potato bowl or any napkins. It would be nice if a fast food drive thru could actually get an order right instead of not giving you the wrong food or not knowing their own menu. Food quality is also sub par compared to other kfc/taco bells in the area. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here for a taco. read more
