So I was the only customer. I order 2 x 3 piece, original receipt, dark meat, with green beans and cold slaw. Easy right? I got 2 x 3 piece. Original receipt with that crappy KFC potato and gravy. Is it really so hard to put such a simple order together? read more

Service was slow. Bathroom smelled dirty. Chicken overcooked. We were very disappointed.

Ordered online 9pm, went to pickup, was told they had no more chicken(at kfc...) I was told I had to get a refund through the app, they would not give me one. 15min with Ai telling me to wait, then 10min confiming my details. and no food to show for it. KFC is dead to me. read more

After 60 years or so of KFC ya kinda know what to expect right? WRONG! Friday night, 5pm, this place should be at its best right? Wrong. I was greeted with "we only got crispy". I wanted original but what the heck. I can live what crispy. "Okay, 2 3 piece dinners one all dark meat, one with one piece of white and 2 dark. Green beans on one, Cole slaw with the other." "No green breans, we got corn." "Okay, I guess that will have to do." I bought as take out. I get it home. My partner takes one bite and could not stand to take another. Mine was just as bad It tasted like they made it at 5 am and let it sit on a shelf all day. The food was crap. Nearly $30 for 2 meals that were not fit to eat. Sorry Cor. S. This was awful. Never again. read more

This place is dirty inside and out. Staff ignores you in the dinning area. Drive up can't remember what food to give you even though it's on the monitor. Complain to KFC or Management nothing happens. Now we go to Canandaigua or Waterloo! read more

Worst KFC I have ever had!!! The person her took the money and order .... never responded or said thank you ... totally rude.. Chicken was disgusting and not cooked well... After tasting the chicken and thinking it couldn't get much worse... Not sure how you can make horrible Mac n Cjeese BUT it was equally the worst I have ever had.... one star is being generous!! it should really be at a negative level.. read more

Waited 10 minutes . No one taking orders except drive threw. I think only 1 person working .. ? Can't wait for Popeyes to open in Canandaigua. read more

I rate this KFC/Taco Bell the worst fast food experience in the Finger Lakes region. I came here once 10 years ago, and vowed to never return, but assumed it wouldn't still be open if it was just as bad. But is still horrid--waited 25 minutes for a cold 4 piece. read more

The service was horribly we came in at 10 and they didn't have any chicken. They didn't tell us the total and was very rude to us and said in a annoying tone"you can pull up" read more

I don't see rude or mean employees, but I do see a lot of mean rude disgusting customers come in and attack the workers. Working in customer service jobs Does not make you less human. People make mistakes I understand you might have a bad day but every time I've come here. I always see someone complaining about something even though the employees did everything correctly they still try to find a way to blame the employee. Keep up the great work. read more

Ok. Wow. I went in for some food. This place needs a manager who is competent in keeping the joint clean. Theres grease allover the screens they use for orders, the equipments looks dirty. The floor is so filthy that I was overpowered with the stench once I walked in. As I stood waiting for my food, I was legit straight up scared about the food. If I wasn't so hungry I would have did an about face at the door. This is Geneva so not much food options that are worthy and I didn't feel like searching any further. Once I got my order I dug in apprehensively. The fries from taco bell was alright. The container was messy with sauce on about to drip from the edge. I got past this. Now, when I pulled the chicken sandwich, I noticed that the bread was hard as if it was left outside for a while. I went back in (oh yeah I was scared of sitting in the place due to the overwhelming stench) I told the lady at the counter what was wrong with it. They took it back and I get a bag about 10 minutes later. Another lady returned her food right off the bat and they took it in the back and microwaved it and brought it back to her passing it off as if they made her a new one. My new bag of food had greasy marks allover it. I looked inside and realized it's not the food I ordered. So I brought it back and finally got what I ordered. They gave it to me and my hands were greasy and it got on my phone. Screw it I'm just gunna eat it in my new car and go. Too much time had been wasted. I ate it, and as I drove, I realized the stench of this place was stuck on me. I decided to drive home, and take a shower. That's how bad it was. I also realized that the place killed my new car smell. I've gotta say... Holy shit. Wow. read more

Dont go here. Trust us. If you like paying to be treated poorly by rude employees and you enjoy getting REALLY crappy food that is far from fresh then this is your kind of place ( and good luck if they get the order right) Also tonight was worse than usual and whoever the girl is at the drive thru window should DEFINITELY be fired. KFC should be ashamed to have such an employee. Feel free to contact me for the details but we wont be visiting the Geneva location again and will be sure to spread the word. read more

Worst meal ever. Biscuit and potato's were cold. No butter or honey anyway. Chicken strips were Luke warm. No napkins or Salt and Pepper. Waste of money! read more

We went through the drive thru at just after 8 PM. The girl taking our order was rude to start with. My fiance wanted chicken tenders and they didn't have any. Then he also wanted biscuits and we were told they didn't have any of those either. Then they almost forgot his drink. They didn't give him a fork to eat his potato bowl or any napkins. Very disappointed with this experience. My first time in Geneva. read more

KFC - Powder?!?! - Fast Food Near Me - Geneva, New York

Its the typical KFC/Taco Bell. Facillity is very clean and the staff was very courteous. My only issue was the dirty outdated bathroom. Note to owner. Your facility is perfect. Now put some money into your bathroom. Thank you... read more

It would be nice if a fast food drive thru could actually get an order right instead of not giving you the wrong food or not knowing their own menu. Food quality is also sub par compared to other kfc/taco bells in the area. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here for a taco. read more
