I have not had any problems with this location. They always get my order right. I love that everything always seems fresh. The chicken is always juicy, not rancid. I have been to this particular KFC three times this month. My family enjoys the $5 fill ups because they actually do fill us up. The quality of the food is good. The problem is that our order wasn't filled correctly - all three times. We shrugged it off the first time because we had already gotten home, and because we get that mistakes happen. No big deal. The other two times we checked our orders before we left (Lesson learned!) and went in to ask them to correct the things they had forgotten or messed up. And let me tell you, they do NOT like to deal with people who have incorrect orders! Both times they acted as if we were asking them to part the Red Sea instead of just giving us the correct sides. We didn't ask for a discount or free food, just the right order - are we supposed to apologize for asking them to do their job? We like KFCs food, but the customer service leavas much to be desired. We use to come to KFC all the time when our kids were growing up but we found over the years the quality of the food and definitely the service was not what it was in the past. Occasionally we try them and tonight we ventured into this location. I will say the gentlemen who took our order was friendly and helpful - unfortunately we were missing a cookie, and did not get any butter for my corn nor butter or jam for the biscuit. The food at best was mediocre - Famous bowl was not fresh and was dry. My extra crispy chicken was not that crispy and not completely covered plus it was very greasy. But now this restaurant is substandard. We almost always have to wait for something, or pick something else, because they don't have what we want ... nearly EVERY.SINGLE.TIME.
