Food was great but service was an issue. I usually tip a couple dollars at these type places (not 20%) as the do not bring your food out or pick up your plates. It's a do it yourself type place and that's fine but I'm not going to give you 20% tip for nothing. Our bill was like $41ish. I'm chose the -10% tip option as it would be probably a little over $4 which is fair for really doing nothing service related. Well 10% tip Option equated to $7.15ish tip when I looked at my receipt. I mentioned it to the guy calling order #s and he couldn't bother to give me an answer. Wasn't going to pursue any more because it was only taking an extra $3ish but was quite disappointed and annoyed. Like I was giving you a $4ish tip for basically nothing. The whole experience/interaction left an awful taste in my mouth. Enough where I probably wont be back.

I like the ambiance too, they have elevated ceilings and the dining area is spacious, and it's clean Remember when KFC was good? Well Smithfield's has captured that with their tenders, the meat is tender and juicy, the breading is good and well seasoned it really is what I remember KFC being, delicious. Bbq pork was good, nice and meaty, needs some sauce though, not sure if you're supposed to ask for it separately or what but it was good, just needs sauce, the hush puppies were on point as well, Cole slaw and potato salad all very good I'd be more than willing to come back and try more of the menu

I love the sin patties, as I know that they are done, but still juicy, and I don't have to worry about them being undercooked. The cheese curds are not nutritious, but definitely delicious. The custard comes free with the kids meals, and the adults buy it separate. My littles love that they get to be in charge of what flavor custard and what topping they get. The restaurant is a mixture of booths and tables with chairs, so there's space for groups of one or groups of 10. There's also outdoor seating when the weather is nice. The restrooms are clean and orderly. We are a Culver's family and will continue to make this our weekly tradition.
