When it comes to wings at least, in comparison to "the other popular wing chain" I've always thought Wings Etc was #2 -- and that hasn't changed in terms of depth of flavors in sauces and menu variety BUT when you're not comparing the two and just want a some good wings, this will do just fine. In addition to wings they have some other traditional bar foods - nachos, fried pickles, burgers, etc. They also have a ton of sauces to choose from. We didn't dine-in but if you did you'd have all the normal bar ambiance -- plenty of TVs, lots of cold beer to choose from & daily food/ drink deals.

So I placed another order online, assuming they didn't receive it and I wasn't charged. Then they YELLED "NO INSIDE DINING" to my friend who opened her bag and ate a fry since we were waiting for my food now, which took 30 minutes! So we sat outside. Then after 30 minutes of waiting my order was ready and WRONG! Paid for cheese fries and didn't get anything but fries but after being yelled at twice I wasn't trying to have that conversation with the rudest staff I've ever encountered! The next day I had two charges for both orders. I've already contacted corporate. No customer should ever be treated this way! Worst part is we LOVE WINGSTOP!
