It's a KFC. That being said, it was immaculately clean and very well maintained. I like that they have a kiosk where you can order. It was very easy to navigate and use. My food showed up quickly and tasted good. Really not much else to report. I rarely eat KFC. But if I do again, I'd visit this location again. read more

KFC - Fast Food Near Me - Evans, Georgia

The chicken at KFC? Always a win. That goes without saying. But the service at the Belair location was a major letdown. We placed an online order scheduled for pickup at 4:45 PM and arrived a little early at 4:33--no issue there. But at exactly 4:45, we were asked if we'd be okay switching to original instead of the extra crispy we ordered. We declined, sticking with our original choice. Then came the kicker: we were told it would take 16-17 minutes to prepare the extra crispy. We agreed to wait. More than 20 minutes later, our order was finally ready. Bottom line: skip the online ordering, and if you value timely, reliable service, consider avoiding this location altogether. The food may be good, but the experience was anything but. read more

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your restaurant. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, my party informed the staff that we needed just a moment to finalize our order. Within less than a minute, despite there being no vehicles behind us, three different employees came over the speaker and repeatedly pressured us to order. We were interrupted multiple times and were not given adequate time to review the menu. As we began placing our order, staff members continued to rush us and frequently interrupted before we could finish communicating our meal selections, sides, and drinks. At one point, we were cut off entirely and told to wait while still attempting to place our order. I also inquired about the current Superwoman promotion. Rather than providing details about the meal or answering my question, the employee abruptly stated that it "comes as is" and offered no further explanation. The experience worsened when I received my food and discovered that items were missing from my order. Because I am very late in my pregnancy, I specifically chose the drive-thru to avoid having to enter the restaurant. Unfortunately, I had to go inside to retrieve the missing items. When I entered, the same employee who had been rude throughout the interaction stared at me and told me that I should have gone through the drive-thru to receive my missing items. At no point during this visit did I feel valued as a customer. The staff's behavior was dismissive, impatient, and unprofessional from start to finish. While mistakes with orders can happen, the lack of courtesy, communication, and basic customer service was unacceptable. I am bringing this matter to your attention because I believe customers should be treated with respect and patience, especially when simply taking a moment to place an order. I hope this complaint will be reviewed and addressed so that future customers do not have a similar experience. read more

The chicken I ordered was moist and finger licking good. I cannot resist their baked and fried chicken. We also tried the $5 bowl and it was amazing good for just $5. It was a blend of cheese chicken and potato. The person behind the counter was super friendly. Lots of parking with a drive through available. read more

Unbelievable I was just at KFC and they offered 16 pieces of chicken for $50 bucks who in the world would pay $50 for one chicken. how did they come up with this !!! I wouldn't pay $50 for one chicken and I'm sure there's no one else in their right mind that would .OMG read more

I really should listen to myself when I say "Never ever again!" Ordered through Uber Eats tonight. Got the delivery. My sides were supposed to be mashed and gravy, they gave me nasty soggy cold fries. My drink was missing altogether, even though I messaged the driver while he was at the restaurant asking that he not forget the drink. He claimed he didn't get the message, but it's right there in the app. Besides that, the chicken was super dry. The 5 nuggets were each like a third the size of a McNugget. I literally held all of them in the palm of my hand. That's how small they were.... No WAY that was $4+ for them. Insulting at best. So now here I am eating my dried out chicken with no drink. Got through half a breast and had to just toss the rest out of pure frustration. Uber Eats refused to refund anything, claiming I received the order. Calling this location was of no use either. Their phone number goes to some recording asking for an access code. Canceled my Uber One account and will NEVER spend another penny at this location or any KFC location for that matter. Done being ripped off. read more

This is the third time that we have eaten at this location after church, and I have yet to have a meal there that wasn't perfect. I find it strange that this location doesn't have more stars than it does. Location was very clean. Staff was nice and friendly, but needed just a little tune up to get that 5th star. read more

Ordered food for pick up. Semi- timely - food wasn't ready but in a few minutes it was. When I got home, however, missing items- no biscuits. 1/2 order wrong - 4 chicken sandwiches 2 were supposed to be spicy. Received no spicy. No condiments, no napkins, no sporks. Mashed potatoes were watery - soupy- see through. Gravy was watery. When called to say missing items, was told " sorry we will put you on a list- you can pick up whenever" ( I am sure there's really no list) read more

This location never amazes me. They are always out of items. Who owns this one, it could be a great $$$ maker.

been going to KFC all my life th now. the chicken taste good still. they're not that friendly anymore but that may be related to how they're treated and paid. but the bisquits are always 3 days old or something and hard as a brick. years ago, they were larger and fluffier and warm and buttery. now they're dried out brick and I almost always throw them away. apparently they keep selling them for days until they sell them out before cooking any fresh ones. hen they first open in evans, ga it was pretty good read more

If I could give it a negative I would. Terrible food cold and old ( probably lunch leftovers) ...ordered the chicken and tenders $30 meal today couldn't even eat the tenders hard and thin and biscuits and fries just cold who eats cold hard biscuits and fries got to the chicken and realized they put two fresh pieces to make it look good and then old chicken at the bottom suppose to been mixed they substituted without even asking and the smash potatoes opened container it had that warmed up look ..only edible item was coleslaw but it makes you wonder if that was old as well. Disappointing to say the least. My husband picked up because I would have addressed it at the store before departure but he shouldn't have to check if the place provided service customer paid for. A waste of $32 they got me this time ...so disappointing that they would even send food out like that. Terrible ....I sent in my review on KFC survey webpage i'll see if i'm contacted. Tried to call store # no answer. Evans, GA N. Belair Location. read more

Put in a pick up order around 1740 with a pick up time of 1815 arrived a few minutes early and while waiting two groups with a larger order then mine were in and out in less then 5 minutes. Only to be told it was another 30 minutes wait on my order. read more

I've given this location three chances before posting a review. After visiting this location a total of three times I can honestly say I will not be giving them a forth chance.. Management needs to be retrained or possibility fired for the way a male manager spoke to his employees. Using obscenities to female employees is no way to manage a restaurant. Now about the food. Chicken was great as was the sides on all three visits, but here's the problem we waited on two occasions more than 45 minutes for a family order. Now here is the craziest thing I've ever encountered at any restaurant. We ordered the half gallon of sweet tea and a half gallon of lemonade. They told us they were out of half gallon containers and tried to give us 16 yes 16 cups of tea and lemonade and told us it equaled a half gallon of each product. Who does this ! They actually thought we were going to walk or with 16 cups lol. I'm really sorry this place is as bad as it is. We were really hoping this was going to be a location we could frequent. read more

Have been waiting in the drive thru almost an hour. The line is not long, and they are not busy inside. Slow service.

I've been to this KFC three times. When it first opened it was excellent and there were experienced employees there for the opening, probably some corporate support. On the next two trips there were problems both times. the people who work there are very pleasant, but the food was certainly not up to my expectations for KFC. Once the containers of sides were half full and biscuits were missing. The next time, the chicken was so dried out, stringy and tough, it was inedible. I returned it and received a refund. I really hope problems get corrected because KFC is really great chicken - just not at this one for now. I'll watch the reviews and try it again if the stars come up. Meanwhile I'll go to the KFC on Wrightsboro Rd, which has been consistently excellent. read more
