I went through the drive thru and asked a few simple questions. I asked, "How much is it to add two pieces of chicken to my 5 dollar mashed potato bowl?" You can add a 5 dollar box with 2 piece... she says. no I don't want extra stuff, I just want to know the price of 2 pieces. It'll be 2.09. Okay I'll take it. And was told it's 7.09 with my 5 dollar box. I pulled up and I have to pay, it's 11.79. The dumb girl at the front said, no it's 11 something. So she bait and switched me. So I asked her... can I switch to the 5 dollar 2 piece with the 3 dollar bowl, which is 8 dollars and change. This stupid stupid stupid girl said no, it's the same price. Where does this math add up?!?! Now I understand why she works at this job. She probably didn't pass highschool and can't count. Her attitude was poor, she had the worst facial expressions when asked questions, and clearly she lack some kind of common sense. Good thing you don't work somewhere that's actually important. ON TOP OF EVERYTHING, my bowl was good, BUT THE CHICKEN WAS WET AND COLD. It's not fried chicken, it's baked 2 day old chicken. Just in case you guys want to see someone stupid working, she works here on Friday nights around 5:50 pm. read more

Arrived to pick up an order at 10:00pm. Was told it would take 20 minutes to cook chicken tenders. Waited outside for 30 minutes and then went through drive-thru again. This time was told they were closed and out of food. Employee flat out lied, and then became abusive. NEVER PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION! read more

Been here twice. Once because it was late and I needed something on the way home. The second time to try the Nashville Hot Chicken. Both times were mistakes. This location seems dirty. Even the drive-thru has a dirty feel to it. Chicken tastes like it's been under a heat lamp or something. read more

I found a fried cockroach in my chicken and hair in my Mac n cheese this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had the restaurant I've been throwing up for hours I feel extremely sick you will be hearing from my lawyers read more

The fries were cold, drink watery, biscuit hard, and spicy sandwich soggy- I mean I can't find one saving grace within the entire meal.

Thanks KFC. I specifically asked if a spoon was included with my mash potatoes and you said yes but it wasn't. I KNEW I should've checked. How can you raise your marks if you don't validate. Thanks again. read more

Super rude customer service, lady yelled at us for not ordering in 2 seconds (: why be mad if you can quit lmao

if i could give zero i would!!! i ordered a 12 piece and they gave me 9!!!! the receipt was supposed to be in the bag and it wasn't. i didn't discover this until i got home. so i can't do anything but complain!! this is not the 1st time which means they're stealing or can't count. i'm soo f-ing pissed never again!!! read more

As a fast food joint, I think its current rating is a little unfair. I mean KFC markets itself as a fast food restaurant with greasy yet decent fried chicken. They aren't known for quality service. I used to dislike KFC because their chicken was so dry, but the chicken is actually tender and juicy. I usually just get the chicken tenders if my roommate and I are feeling lazy. Chicken, chicken, chicken. read more

Yes, I do realize that writing a review for KFC makes me truly pathetic... but I must give a shout out for their new grilled chicken. (If it's fried you want, hit Babe's) This is an extremely busy time of year for me so I go to work early and come home late... and it is too dang hot to cook!!! So I was contemplating a drive-by my friendly neighborhood Eatzi's when I spied the KFC grilled chicken banner, and thought, what the heck - it's cheap, fast, and I am tired. I was quite pleasantly surprised when I got home at how tasty this stuff is! Crispy golden skin, seasoned nicely, juicy and not over-cooked and dry... and not horrid for the diet once the skin is removed (though the coleslaw and potatoes can't exactly be called waist-line friendly, but they do hit the spot for nostalgia). Check it out - support a fast food chain's true attempt at a healthy alternative! read more

I'm writing this review as I wait for my order. Yea, that's how long it's taking for me to get my order. My first time here was about four years ago. I went through the drive-thru and thought I would never leave. The longest wait of my life for what I believed to be fast food...made worse by the fact that I really had to use the bathroom and couldn't leave because I was sandwiched between the numerous cars in line with me. My second time, I decided to be wiser and order from inside. Upon walking inside, I noticed only one person ahead of me in line and was immediately assured I had made the right decision. But it apparently doesn't matter where you order from. Cuz even once you give your order, you're gonna wait forever for your food. The only good thing about this place was the friendly person at the counter, who's the only reason I'm giving this KFC two stars as opposed to one. Running out of food also seems to be a regular thing here. A customer before me waited eons for his order, only to be told they had run out of the crispy chicken he ordered. And I was just now told they didn't have the corn on the cob I've been waiting forever for. Thank goodness for Yelp. What else would I do while spending my evening waiting for food at this glamorous joint? (By the way, my order finally arrived after a 20-minute wait. They didn't make the substitution I requested, but I was just glad to get the hell out of there). read more

Colonel Sanders would roll over in his grave if he saw this place. Dirty, slow, poor customer service, out of several items, like chicken wings, and no effort to make any until they are ordered, no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom, I sure hope their hands are clean, the chicken that they do have that's available for you to have is hard and dried out. What was I thinking, stupid stupid stupid me, Go back to the main yelp page and look for a Chick-fil-A read more

The WORST chicken Tender s ever. Potato wedges were hard and all end pcs. This was 8:30 pm last night but i paid full price so i expect quality food. Even if they gave me half off this wouldn't be a good meal. read more

You whack ass mofos. After tossing my wings in sauce, PLEASE don't use those hands to pack the box and close it. Or at least take due diligence in closing the box. The box was COVERED in sauce. And I won't like that. Cause you know...then I'll unknowningly be covered in sauce, from my head to my toes. Cause you didn't know beforehand that I love to rub my body with the box, did you? Please have consideration for that. Plus they used too much sauce on the wings. Plus the wait was pretty long in the drive thru (3 cars, the car behind me hopped out of line). Next time I go calorie packing, I shall avoid you...unless I feel like fried chicken...cause they closed the Church's down. !#$ !#$ !5# @%^#$ @#$% #$% !%# !#$% @%^#$ #%$&^ %#$^& !#$% @^ @^ read more

Horrible service. Awful employees. Ordered door dash pickup. Said it would take 25-30 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes later. It took ten minutes before I even got anyone's attention. When I finally gave them my name for pickup, she "accidentally" deleted the order. I've already paid for it. She has to get help finding the order. So now I know it hasn't even been started. I've been waiting now for twenty minutes, even though I ordered online nearly an hour ago. The staff is audibly terrible at communicating with each other. The person picking up before me had to ask three different times for missing items. I will never order from this location again. read more

The 100 percent WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!! We paid 29.00 and got only half our order! They do not check the order they do not give a shit about the drive thru at all! SHAME ON KFC read more

I've never purchased food here without something missing. In the last month, in drive-through, I purchased a meal that included a biscuit. No biscuit. That happened on the first two times I went. Tonight, (my third visit), I ordered online and picked it up, and this time, I ordered biscuits as a side so they wouldn't forget. They showed me! When I got home, my popcorn chicken didn't have the dipping sauces I ordered. No dipping sauces at all. AND, the two biscuits I ordered...did not come with the honey I ordered. Or butter. So I had dry biscuits and dry chicken. (And they've learned a trick. They seal everything up tight so you can't open it and see if everything is accounted for before you walk away and/or drive home). read more

They robbed me of my money, plain and simple. I ordered 3 piece box (#10), they didn't give me the biscuit, they have me original even though I ordered crispy. They gave me f-in breast even though I ordered thighs. This was 10/9/18. Never going back. read more

I rarely rate/review anything but the filth of this restaurant and lack of concern from the employees was quite disturbing. The soda fountain area was covered in spilled soda that appeared to have been there for quite a while!! The food was presentable but I was grossed out by all the trash everywhere! Why did I eat there?!? Yuck!! read more

Pulled into the drive through line at 10:02pm. We searched for what time they close alllll over and EVERYWHERE says 11pm. Well while we sat there for a few minutes waiting for someone to talk to us over the speaker, they decided to turn off the lights on the menu I guess to let us know they were closing early?? On a Friday night... they could have easily talked over the speaker and told us they were closing at a time other than the one listed everywhere. But nope. Also the food the normally gross. Just came here bc it was late and I was desperate. Never again. read more

I was too lazy to drive a few minutes further south on Lemmon to Popeye's so I made the mistake of coming here. I wanted fried chicken and they were open. First, KFC prices have always been higher than Churches and Popeye's but geeeez, almost $20 for an 8-piece meal? Whatever, I got over it. After receiving my food I ask for some ketchup/hot sauce. Sorry sir, we're out. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Aren't you a fried chicken place? Frustrated and hungry I take my food and leave. When I get home, there are no napkins in the bag. NO NAPKINS for greasy fried chicken you eat with your HANDS. Colonel Sanders would not approve. Lame, never coming back again. read more

This KFC sucks so bad! The food is standard, but the unprofessional staff makes this place be a 1 star. I went and noticed they charged my debit card twice. I had to file a complaint with my bank to get this resolved. I even had a receipt that showed a staff member issued a credit for their dumb mistake. I still had to get my bank involved. Advice...if you go to this KFC, use cash. Don't trust them with your bank card! read more

Despite KFC being so much more expensive than Church's and Popeye's I got suckered into trying the new Nashville Hot Chicken. As usual for this location, it was out of almost everything. So granted my chicken was fresh out of the fryer and had not had time to drain. By the time I got home and was ready to eat the bottom of the container was full of oil. Poured off over a cup of grease. As for taste, think soggy, greasy, over salted, BBQ flavor potato chip. Nothing hot or even spicy going on here. read more

I had a pot pie from the KFC in Southlake and it was delicious. It had juicy, tender chicken and lots of gravy. It made me crave it a few days later, so I tried this KFC near my house. That was a mistake. My first bite, I realized I had a bone in my mouth. I looked inside and saw another bone. It was dry and not nearly enough gravy. There were huge chunks of chicken that I had to shred myself and even two huge pieces of skin. I won't be going back to this location. read more

Absolutely terrible. Food is cold. Soggy. And they advertise you get a cookie with the $5 boxes but I never got one in either of the 2 boxes I had ordered. This location is in the heart of oak town. With that being stated it gets quiet busy. Luckily for me, there was no line that day. They took my order very speedily and I received my food in a timely manner. I'm a big condiments person. Don't you just hate, when you go to dig in your food, and uh oh no silverware. Well this KFC didn't do that. I had all the plastic ware my heart could take and lots of napkins. You know us ladies, we use napkins for everything. I secretly stash all of mine from restaurants, lol. A lady can never have too many napkins. read more

Went through the drive through at 9:20 PM. Ordered the $20 fill up and asked to substitute one of the sides for something different. Was told no substitutions are allowed. I commented that I've had this request done many times and was told again (in a matter of fact tone) "no substitutions are allowed". I would have gladly paid a price difference for the substitution, but that was not offered. It was apparent this employee could care less if I eat at KFC so my reply was "I will take my business elsewhere" and I did. No cars waiting in the drive thru and no one eating in the restaurant...but hey, apparently they don't need my business. read more

I waited for almost 10 minutes just to drive up to the menu to order, after speaking to two rude employees when placing my order, I was told to drive up, waited at least two minutes before anyone came to the window with my drinks. The employee took my payment, I waited almost 5 minutes after that. She came to the window and asked me to pull up to the parking lot and that she will bring out my order. 5 minutes had past and I decided to go into the building to make sure they did not forget about my order. I stood at the counter until someone noticed me and I asked about my order. When I guess the girl I talked to got the manager she came out and was very rude to me saying how its gonna be two minutes. Meanwhile, a friend of the employees came up to get speedy service of a free bucket of chicken. I waited for at least 5 more minutes until I got my order shoved into a bag and handed to me. No napkins, utensils, or an apology for the wait. I wanted to get out of there because I was on my lunch break which had already been wasted for the past 25 minutes(They never warned me of how long the wait was)- When I got back to my workplace I noticed that I was charged for 10 pc "bites" but they gave me a 6pc, even in the box labeled 6 pieces. Completely dissatisfied and I warn all of my coworkers to never go there for this absolutely rude and horrible service. This place should be shut down for good. read more

Not good, KFC! I know this is fast food, but even this was a bad experience! They were out of juice completely (nothing but tea or pop for my kiddos) and they were using plates that they got from the dollar store. We went to KFC tonight after a late night craving. Wish we had craved something else. After a 20 minute drive to get there and 20 minutes back home, we were disappointed to find out that the order was wrong, the chicken tasted OLD, like a day old, the corn had a bad odor, and the biscuits were stale. This was extremely disappointing and a waste of $30. We called as soon as we started eating this disgusting day old food to complain and the manager, Maria, was rude and hung up on us. Called back a second time and she provided the worst customer service and did not care. Needless to say we will NEVER be going back to this location again. By far the worst KFC we've ever eaten in our lives. Stay away. read more
