The food was good----once we got most of it. We got home, found part of the order was missing. Went back into town & got the rest. Still discovered the 4 biscuits were missing from the $20 deal and they didn't include the cookie in the $5 fill up meal. Wasn't worth a 3rd trip for the remaining pieces. 1-20-12 I went to KFC in Copperas Cove Tx and ordered a 16 piece all white meat bucket to go. I had to wait 25 min to get it. I got on the road and when I got out of town I was ready to eat. I ate one piece and it was horrible and appeared to not be thoroughly cooked. The coating on the chicken was more like soggy dough I checked 3 more pieces then called KFC and complained. I ended up throwing it away They took my information name number e-mail... it's been 3 days and no one contacted me it appears KFC does not care I am out 27 bucks and in today's economy that is a lot some days. It is now Sunday and I called Customer service again and she said it was up to upper management to call me back but she could give me a refund of 20 bucks. I let KFC customer service know right away and they said someone would contact me; of course no one has contacted me!!! The Copperas Cove Tx store KFC is a joke myself and my wife went threw the drive threw on 11/2/2017 at 730 pm as we pulled up to order our meal we noticed about 12 cars parked in the parking lot next door at Shipleys Doughnuts we made our order and was instructed to pull up to the window to pay and we did then we were asked to pull to the parking lot next door at that time we started our 3 hour wait for 5 - Five dollar fill ups and after talking to others that were also waiting some had been there for 2 to three hours as well. So i went inside along with others to just get a refund and take my business else were and we were all told their would be no refunds by both managers on duty that we could just fucking wait or leave. And the dinning room was empty and the store was not that busy. I have been going to that store for over 13 years and thats the first time i had had such rude and unacceptable service i will not return, This franchise should be shut down and the entire management staff fired. read more

The last few times I have been to KFC, I have been disappointed. The first time I went, I ordered grilled chicken with mashed potatoes NO GRAVY.. i specifically said no gravy multiple times, and the cashier read it back as no gravy. When I got home, i opened the box and there was gravy on the potatoes. I called to let them know, and the manager told me he was writing my name in a box, and I could get the meal replaced the next time I came. Yesterday, we decided to go to KFC again. I ordered grilled wings with baked beans and coleslaw. They had no grilled legs nor wings. My name was not written down in the book. The guy who took my order seemed very out of it and asked me three times what I wanted to order. The manager wasn't very friendly, she seemed annoyed with me, but I was just trying to order food. I agreed to wait on grilled wings.. They came up about 7 minutes later, I was still at the counter ordering when they came up. The wings had a burned taste to them. I was in the Copperas Cove, Texas area today and decided to stop since I have enjoy the KFC in Marble Falls, Texas. This was awful. My first mistake was stopping, my next mistake was to go through the drive-thru instead of getting wet and going inside. I order the Georgia Gold 2 pc with a extra Breast with mashed potatoes, gravy and cole slaw- was suppose to get a drink and then the 2nd order was Original Cripsy 3 pc - 2 breast and 1 wing with mashed potatoes and cole slaw and a drink. What I got was Nashville Hot 2 pc, mashed potatoes and cole slaw - no drink {my fault} and the 2nd order was 1 wing and 1 breast, mashed potatoes, cole slaw and again no drink. The no drink was my fault - however; the drive-thru line was backed up with people on the side, in the front and everywhere waiting on their order - was just trying to keep from getting hit by a car backing up to the drive-thru. So, after finally making it out and making it home - the order was wrong. I called and spoke to the manger and I explain and he said "BRING IT BACK AND WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT". I first started the conversation with I live on the other side of Lampasas {maybe he thought this was on the next street over}. I told him that was not going to happen and thanks for nothing. I can see why they get such lousy reviews. I could have tie the line up with inspecting everything, but I assume {wrong again on my part that they would have someone that could take an order and get it right} - they knew how to get the money. Will not be visiting this one again - will make the trip to Marble Falls where not only is it finger licking good but the order is always right. Get more trained people or close it down. My husband and I have went to this location three times. We get the tender bucket with some additional sides. EVERYTIME we go there and order they say it will be about 10 minutes for the food, which is okay. The first time the order took around 20 minutes and the second time it was around the same time. The last time we pulled to the side like they told us, after 40 minutes I went to see what happened. They said they forgot about us. Really? We spend close to $50 everytime and you forgot. My husband stopped to get dinner per my request. I am terminally ill and love the mashed potatoes and gravy. He ordered the 20.00 box with two large sides added on. I had requested the baked beans that I had gotten last week and he was told that they did not have baked beans. My daughter then asked him for the receipt and he informed us that he did not get one. I pulled up the transaction in our online banking and it shows that he paid 35.30 for the order. I told him that did not sound right for two large sides extra. I called and asked for the manager and Cedric stated that he was the manager. I told him that I feel my husband was overcharged. We went over what he had ordered and Cedric stated he would call me back after he reviewed the order's. Cedric called me back and told me that it was the extra 4 biscuits my husband ordered and my husband stated he did not know the biscuits did not come with the order. Cedric told me that they came with the order and we had ordered 4 additional which did not happen and we only received 4 biscuits with the meal. Cedric also stated that my husband was given a receipt because every customer gets a receipt. So basically Cedric has accused us of lying and telling us what we ordered. Well I guess we will have to call corporate concerning this matter along with disputing the purchase with our bank. WE paid 35.30 for the 20.00 family meal and two large sides. Make sure if you go to check that you receive a receipt. I hate to admit that I will go to KFC again just not the one in Copperas Cove, TX. read more
