The Good: Ample parking. Squeaky Clean Lobby area and service was fast. Food was freshly made. Lobby was open so was the Drive-Thru. The Bad: Everytime you order Hot Wings there is a 12 minute wait. On the bright side the good was Hot The Ugly: Nothing bad to said. read more

When did they start making the drive-through orders mobile only??? This is garbage bs waste of time

Food awful.chicken tenders were driedcout hard as rock.tea nasty too not go back this place

I went thru the drive thru on a Monday when they advertise 10 hot wings for $10 on their sign at the front of the property. I ordered a 3 piece Big box and 10 hot wings they asked me to pull forward and wait. There was another customer who was also pulled forward so I thought okay. After 12 minutes of waiting I went inside to get my order and they had no hot wings so I demanded my money back and I left. I will not be going back to KFYuck read more

This has to be thee SLOWEST fast food restaurant ever. Any time you go no matter if you walk in or go thru drive thru with NOOOO cars you WILL wait a minimum of 10-15 minutes (hopefully) for ANYTHING you order. I usually get the 2 piece & absolutely love there hot sauce so I ask for some & never falls I get 2... yes just TWO packets for my 2 piece. When I asked for a few more ( I don't mind paying for it) the gentlemen stated the Manager ROSE does not allow them to give anymore. Went there recently (hoping maybe they had some new people & it would be faster) for lunch 5/12/2026 (1:30 is my lunch, not rush hour) & spend 30 minutes there to finally walk out with my food. read more

I should have known better, they have earned the 1.4 star rating. Paid $14 for a 3-piece combo and got two pieces of chicken. The Pepsi was completely flat and tasted like straight syrup, so it went straight in the trash. They also made me pull off and wait 15+ minutes with three other cars, clearly just to cheat their drive-through timer. After all that waiting, they still couldn't even get the order right. Overpriced, slow, and careless. If you can't handle basic order accuracy and functioning soda, you shouldn't be running a restaurant. read more

Worst service I've ever seen at any fast food place. I waited over 30 minutes to get my food they were "working on" and ended up just leaving shortly after since nobody else in line got their food either. I don't know what's going on with there employees or staff running this place but it needs a change because in the past 3 times I've been to this location, I've always had to wait at least 20 minutes for my food and I don't order much either, just a simple chicken tender meal. If I could give this place no stars I would. read more

pulled in about an hour and a half before closing. the mac and cheese was dried up and disgusting...I don't know how long the chicken was under the warmer...it was so dry it was inedible. the cheese curds were all stuck together and greasy. all in all one of the nastiest meals I've ever had. read more

Just saw that they have on Tuesdays eight pieces of chicken for $10. Now that is an amazing deal. I bought two buckets and froze 3/4 of it It heats up in the air fryer and tastes like I just got it!! The wife and i were hungry and swung into kfc because the parking lot only had a car or two and figured it would be a quick in and out. We got inside there was a guy in front of us ordering so line was short. Got our order done and sat down with our drinks to wait. 50 minutes later we got our food. Yes just shy of an hour for a sandwich and a mashed potato bowl. Food was hot so at least that's a plus. But the order was wrong and I'll be damned if I'm going to say hey this is wrong and wait another hour read more

I wish that I could give this place zero stars... they always forget the honey (even though they reassure me every tine that it's in the bag) after they've made me pull to the side. When you call and complain to their corporate number, nothing ever gets done. This place is all about rushing you to order, send you to the side and wait... then always forget to give you an item that you requested and/ or paid for. This last time we got down to ask for honey and the man from the vehicle behind us went in right after because they forgot to give him his three mash potatoes. I wonder if that place even has a manager... this place really needs to be boycotted. read more

3 x in a row they gave us mashed potatoes and gravy instead of mac n cheese. This place really sucks. The lady in the window needs to repeat our order read more

No capp KFC is not the same since they fries changed. I liked the wedges. I only wanted to go there for the wedges but when i got fries i was already like damn! "Now why this got to happen" overall it was regular. We had to pull up after we paid for them to bring us our food then they still forgot the honey mustard. Guess i cant complain that much it was Christmas eve ‍ read more

This is a routine KFC in a small town. The outside was tidy. The inside wasn't completely decorated but clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It probably helped that I went during a non busy time. The food was as expected. It's a classic original recipe taste. The options for smaller meals looks good but went with the 10 piece special with free lemon bundt cake. read more

If I could give zero stars I would!! They take way too long and mess orders up!! You'd think making you wait so long it would be fresh the the order would be correct. But guess again!! Not fresh wrong orders and long wait!! read more

This KFC needs to re-evaluated and restaffed!!!! They never do anything right. They always pull you over, never have wedges ready, or never sauce items right. It will be a long time before I go back to the Copperas Cove location again! I recently ordered 12 piece Nashville wings this is what I got! My husband ordered 12 piece honey barbecue wings he is nicer than I am so I don't have a picture. read more

I was there yesterday, had a horrible experience! Spoke to the GM today, he says he wants to make it right. I drive 40 minutes to get there, guess what? The same guy that was rude and refused to give me money back yesterday on food I took 1 bite of... rolls his damn eyes when he brings food to the counter and sees me placing my order! General Manager (Scott) you desperately need new employees!!! So, I ask for money back, Scott the GM says it's not possible to get my money back! I go to the bathroom before heading home, no toilet paper, SHOCKER! read more

I ordered a family meal for my family. The pieces of chicken that we received was more like scraps. There was only the flour and skin because there was no meat on the bones that they gave us. We received in a pack of 16 pieces of chicken at least two eight were that way. Being that it was later in the evening and we live in Killeen we did not go back that night. I called multiple times and never got anyone on the phone. This was the worst experience that I've ever had with Popeyes chicken. It was not worth the money that I paid for the meal. read more

Service at this location was horrible the food was undercooked also cooked and old Greece a lot of our order was missing and every time we tried to call To fix the issue we got a busy signal no answer no nothing this is the fourth time this is happened with each time before me giving the benefit of the doubt of human error but now it's beyond ridiculous read more

I work at this Popeyes and I regret working in it. Some of the managers overwork their employees and they "accidentally" forget to send them to their break. Regardless of an employee being "responsible" for knowing when to take their break. It is up to a manager to remind them or to make sure they take it. Otherwise management can get in trouble for "accidentally" forgetting to send someone on their break. read more

Copperas Cove Texas you have the Worst Kentucky Fried Chicken I have ever purchased from. First thing out right I was informed that they do not have the 8 Piece Bucket Special that is advertised online at this store. So I then ordered (2) Three Piece Original Dark meat meals to go. When I got home i discovered that they gave me (2) Two Piece dark meat Crispy meals. To top it off the chicken was terrible, it was 6pm and the chicken seemed like it was left over from lunch. Way to far to drive back so Ill just let it be a lesson on not to give them my business anymore. If your going to advertise specials online then you should be able to get them at the store. If its 6pm (Dinner Time) then you should have fresh cooked chicken. Employees should pay attention to what they are doing and get the orders correct, how do you confuse Original with Crispy and 3 pieces with 2. read more

the only one in line and the order took 30 minutes and employee had bad attitude and terrible customer service never will come back

OK, I loved KFC since I was a kid - just got a bucket 12 piece meal, got home and couldn't believe the size of the chicken pieces. Where do KFC get their chicken from. The legs was a little larger than my thumb and the breast look the size of a miniature chicken or a Cornish hen. Whom ever is the owner - you really need to get up off your ... and get with the program, customers expect a fair deal - 30 bucks for a 12 piece that would never feed a family of four (nope we are not the big eater family) it just you pieces are so small. Also, you may want to get a better crew - the place sucks. I'm a never KFC 'er. read more

I am not sure if all of the other reviewers were just having a bad day. I come here about 3 times a month. I have always gotten awesome food. The staff is always friendly, professional like to have fun. The restaurant is clean. I got my food very fast. It was hot and fresh. I even saw one of the team members (Brent) walk the food order out to a guest in the lobby. Now that's superior guest service, awesome job Brent. The entire staff is amazing. I really enjoy coming here. I will definitely be back. read more

Worst KFC Ever! Not only was the staff yelling at each other profanities to get things done, but they were extremely rude and full of attitude when asking me what i was waiting for. Call the store 6 times for a full refund, no answer until the 7th when a lady put me "on hold" when all she did was set down the phone to take orders while i'm waiting. I understand understaffed restaurants but i was already upset at the attitude given at the place. I got a 8piece bucket meal all the chicken was full of grease and the batter wasn't even on the chicken anymore just pooling at the bottom with grease, mashed potatoes tasted like they were made a week ago, fries were cooked in dirty oil and loaded with salt to hide that it was cooked that way, gravy had BLACK MOLE on it, biscuits were harder than rocks, mac and cheese had somehow gotten grease on it. The owner should be ashamed for a disgrace of a restaurant she has, one star reviews dating back 7 YEARS and yet nothing has been done. read more

I refuse to go to any KFC to will not open there lobby to customers and their excuse is the Pandemic It's been two years now and eveyw we go everyone has their lobby or dining room open except KFC. Our town doesn't have a KFC so we like to take advantage of stopping by and eating in. It's way to hot in Texas to go through the drive through and go eat at a park. I can't tolerate the heat because of medical problems. We've recently been to the one in Waco, Temple and Copperas Cove. Even though the Copperas Cove had a sign their doors were open f dine in , their doors were lock and lights off. We were there early in the day. Very disappointed with KFC and it had been my favorite place to eat but I will no lo attempt to stop. I give them a ZERO RATING. read more

If you want to waste part of your life waiting in an endless hopeless line, wait here!! I stopped in on Friday at 5:45, simply to order two large coleslaws. I saw how backed up the drive through was so decided to park it and order inside. Well the lobby was full of customers waiting for orders and waiting to order. I patiently waited along with everyone else, as the staff was completely lost and some of them just casually walked around the kitchen and hid. The couple of employees that cared were slammed and tried but had no support (to include the manager ) So Donté took my order and commented how my order would be the easiest to fill, as he handed my receipt to me and walked away. I was completely lost as to why he didn't just hand me the two orders of coleslaw. Then after he disappeared into the kitchen for 5 mins I noticed he grabbed he things from the office and left work. I thought that was pretty horrible considering how many people were waiting for food they already paid for in the lobby, not including the poor drive through folks. After a few more mins I finally flagged down an employee and had her grab my order, which took all of 20 seconds, Then I left. The coleslaw was good as always, but I won't be returning to this location untill they clean house. I might just keep eating beef instead.. read more

This is probably the most underrated fast food place in Copperas Cove. I've been coming here twice a month for the past couple months now, and I've been nothing less than satisfied. Their staff is professional, friendly and efficient. I never have to wait on my food, because they understand how to run a kitchen. I'm a fan of everything they have, but I usually pick from the different types of their Big Box meals. Their chicken is juicy, but it's not greasy. Unlike a lot of other places in Cove that don't know how to season their meat, KFC's chicken has flavorful spices without it being spicy. They're excellent, perfect even, overall! If you're reading this, you better get in your car and drive to KFC right now. read more

Buy your fried chicken elsewhere. KFC Copperas Cove, you need better shift managers to ensure quality service. Used the drive-thru and ordered a 2pc chicken basket and a famous bowl, continued through was given my food and drink. Arrived to where I was going, got the food out and wanted to check the receipt and discovered I was not provided one. Okay, moved on to eat the chicken was good however, they didn't give me any napkins...come on now obviously if you are eating fried chicken you are going to need napkins. To top it off I grab my mashed potatoes and THERES NO UTENSILS!! I open the container and find that it's not even half way filled. Needless to say I will not be returning and will not recommend to others, will actually warn others to also stay away. read more

dont even try it!! The girl at the register was really nice, super helpful--maybe the best thing about the whole thing! anyways--got a 12 piece bucket--1/3 extra crispy & 1/2 grilled with 3 sides....... the 1/2 crispy--not crispy at all--very salty the grilled 1/2-- not as dry as the manager tried to say but very salty i asked for coleslaw, mashed taters with gravy & mac & cheese......got wedges instead of mac & cheese, everything was overly salty & just warm not hot! the wedges were hard & over cooked also got a small double chocolate chip cake & it was the ONLY thing that was ok & it was because it wasnt cooked in house. This meal wasnt worth the $35 we paid for it..... read more

This afternoon I ordered 2 #13's chicken littles meals and 2 additional sandwiches. I was on my motorcycle. the Woman who took my order was polite and told me wait by the front door and they will bring it out. During that time, 5 other vehicles came through and ordered. the woman who took my order came out and told me the oil was cold and it was being cooked now and would be out shortly. this was 20 minutes after I ordered. Again polite and respectful. i had to deal with anotherror issue i had and she went above and beyond and put the food in my bike for me. Thank you. i drove off and arrived home to find i did not receive the fries that i was waiting on in the first place. Not a big deal. I called and asked to speak to the manager and the woman who took my order talked to me. I explained I did not receive the fries and she explained she did make sure I had them in my bag and had the sandwiches on top. I explained that I believe she had placed it in the other order's bag she brought out at the same time and she proceeded to explain she made sure that I received it. I admittedly hung up up on her after telling her that I was just calling to let them know they screwed up my order. I was angry. I was looking at the bag in front of me and she was telling me I was wrong and the fries were there. they weren't. I give a 3 star for 1- timely food order. I don't understand why a friend food place has cold oil at noon during lunch. a high traffic time for fast food. 2 - because she would not acknowledge she messed up. and put the food in the wrong bag. I don't really care about the fries, honestly it was the principle of waiting and not receiving and being told I was wrong. read more
