I've had some bad fast food before, but this was on another level. The chicken I got was hands down the worst I've ever been served--dry, tough, and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours before they bothered to throw it in a box. I would give zero stars if possible. I have never once arrived at this location and they have even pretended to know I had placed an online order on advance. Every time I arrive...they only look to see if I have an order after I ask. Then they try to talk me into accepting a different order. They try to dissuade me from the breast(s) I order. I explained that I would like exactly what I ordered. They then tell me it will 25 minutes in an effort to dissuade me. This has happened over and over again. I went to the drive-through and ordered a special that I found online. The staff was unaware that this offer existed. However, they did honor it. They honored it with raw chicken that had blood dripping out of it ....fries that were overcooked and mashed potatoes. They came fresh out of the box I'm sure of it Never eating there again. I guess I know why this place only has 1.6 stars. Two times I ordered Queso and Wedges and by the time I got home I found out I got Queso and Gravy. This time it took 12 calls for the store to pick up the phone and a matter of frankly they stated that they were out of Queso and substituted the Ten Dollar item with Gravy but did not see an issue with not telling me at the time of the order that they did not have Queso. They told me that they would "Make it Right" the next time I came in to the store. Well, on the 22nd I went back and explained to the person at the window what happened and they got me a self described "Manager" who refused to give her first name. Who told me that my name was not on a list that it should be. I told her that It really was not my fault that their employee did not put me on the list. I told her to confirm that there was no Queso on that day and was told that there was no way that she could do that. I was then told that out of the kindness of her heart that she would make a one time correction and fix the situation and that names only stay on the list for 1 week and then get taken off. I explained that I was not given a timeframe on geting their error corrected and that all employees there should know these rules. After she clucked her tounge and rolled her eyes she had me park and told me that it would take some time to prepare the Queso. I was brought a cup of queso and no wedges. I went back through the drive thru and asked about the Wedges and was told that I all ready got the wedges with the original order when I got the gravy and no wedges were to be given at this time. She actually had the audacity to smile and chuckle while she was explaining this to me. TWO ruined meals at this KFC. They have now lost my business and if you are reading this, you should consider if you want to go there or not. read more

We go there just about every week and we really don't have to deal with the people because we are online and the order is ready and at that they do a great job. It's on time foods great they're perfect right last Friday night. We went in there at 7:30 and there was something missing from my order, which was come to find out my problem, but in talking with the clerk, he basically said go fuck yourself. I corresponded with the Customer Service Friday night and again yesterday on the phone and no response I think the one star rating they get as well justified and they don't even seem to care. read more

Food was good. Just a few things, 1. the lady asked what I wanted as my side and she said they didn't have mashed potatoes so I got fries. Someone behind me ordered from a different cashier and was able to get mashed potatoes. Like what. 2. Chicken sandwich was missing pickles. 3. I didn't realize this until later but I was charged for a drink when the combo comes with a drink. Just a lot of little mistakes other then that the food was great and the staffed seemed friendly. What a disaster. I use the online app at 8pm for an 8:30 pickup. I got there and my chicken still was not ready. I had to wait another 20 minutes before they finally gave me my order. The staff did not look happy to be there. They did not have enough chicken for everyone that was ordering. There was another customer who is so irate that he left. Another customer waited over 40 minutes for her order. Then they told her that they only had thighs and no drums. When I got home all I had were drums and no thighs. What the hell is going on why couldn't they do 50/50? Why did they give me all the drums and why did they give her all the thighs? This is the new era with $20 fast food. Employees are still unhappy. Now there are understaffed. And afraid to make product because of the waste. California is in a world of sh1t. This was the worst Kentucky fried Chicken experience of my life. What a clusterfudge. Foods are usually given out wrong, and it seems someone force them to work. It haven't changing at all as how many bad reviews in years. It was getting late as we were returning from Anaheim to our hotel in Cathedral City. We saw the KFC and thought it been awhile since I had some. Drive thru was busy so I decided to go into the lobby. The place appeared to only have two staff members: one at the drive thru and one preparing the food. So getting service was a little slow but not too bad. I may have heard someone banging around in the back but I'm not sure. I ordered a big box (2 breasts, leg, mashed potatoes, Coleslaw and biscuit. The young man was friendly enough but looked tired. When I got to my hotel I discovered that he gave me 2 thighs. I was disappointed but too tired and hungry to go back so I consumed the meal. The chicken looked ok but didn't taste how I felt what KFC is supposed to. The sides dishes were ok. But I was tired and hungry. In the middle of the night I had the bad runs. I won't get too descriptive but I almost didn't make it to the restroom. When I awoke the next morning I had the runs again. Later in the morning I had to go again. I don't think that I would go to this location again. It would probably also serve to get something to eat in Banning or somewhere before that. read more

I only saw a few staff (maybe 3) and not once was I greeted or acknowledged. On other occasions they have told us they were out of crispy chicken snd it wasn't even 9pm yet. My car dealership is in this town, so whenever I am in the shop for maintenence I stop by my favorite little restaurant. I always schedule maintenence in the afternoons so I can plan for lunch at KFC. The staff are always friendly here and the food had always been excellent. I generally have the extra crispy chicken along with a side of mashed potatos and cole slaw. I really like the gravy on the mashed potatos. And KFC has the best cole slaw in the Inland Empire for sure. Now on some occasions I will opt for the chicken pot pie. Love that crust on top. And the chicken stew inside is really delicious.So glad they have a restaurant here. read more

Put up with limited menu and availability during Covid as this location is closest to home. Visited tonight, first speaker wasn't working in drive through. Finally had to yell for cashier to hear. Asked for extra chrispy and was told that they were not featuring. We have supported for a number of years even through Covid but we are DONE. We had a bad experience we are a family of 2 and the supervisor denied for us to eat in the lobby. The guy was so rude he asked the lady not to give us our plate, they left the lobby register empty when it wasn't evem packed. They show two different prices for their sides(actually four) charged me the higher price for an individual side, when I pointed the price difference they said that's the price. This is the second time I've been cheated at this location. I was short an item and they said I must removed from the bag. If you go here watch for over charging and for missing items.
