This is the third time I arrived at this KFC and the employees were telling customers that they are closed. It's around 1pm and the store is closed, but with employees laughing and joking around as if they were having a freaking party or something. Like I said this is the third time that this has happened. I want even even go into how rude the employees are with customers and how they look very unclean and unkept. I've even heard rumors of this location selling drugs right out of the store!! On march 16, 2022 at around 11:15 in the morning I ordered a chicken pot pie combo with macaroni and a Pepsi and a chocolate cake when I get home I realize I have a one piece breast combo with mashed potatoes and I called to inform them I was given the wrong order and I was asking if they can be replaced but they asked me to bring the food bag so they could put it in the warmer to resale and that I would have to pay again for the combo I've already paid for. If I could give this place 0 stars I would this KFC in particular keeps getting worse and worse evertime I come 3 strikes you're out I WILL NEVER EVER EVER COME BACK. I like going inside there's no sign on the door saying that the dining room closes at 7:45 it just says how many total people can be in there walk up to the door its locked I notice cars pulling in drive thru just sitting and driving through im thinking damn thats fast so I sit in the drive thru 2 mins before some girl says sorry were closed its 8 why I ask we are out of chicken then there's silence and they cut out the lights this is total bullshit. I went to Maple avenue and got my chicken and asked them about Church Street they didn't know besides the fact I've been here to get my order wrong a few times ride managers this place is number 1 on my list of shit places to go and get a family size bucket of chicken goodbye and good riddance. read more

Went to two stores in Burlington , NC at around 9 pm and didn't have chicken I wanted at either store and the food was old and biscuits we're hard. They said they stop cooking around 730 ! Then they should close the stores at that time will not return ! read more

Person who took our order was very rude and did it turn off her Mic when speaking to other customers so it was very confusing when she was taking her order because she was not talking to us. also asked for finger licking good sauce and she said you mean FLG sauce. she kept correcting us. also asked for mustard and we were told that they "don't have that". read more

This place is terrible waited 20 min for food which is ok because they were busy. What's not ok is that when I got my food they forgot two items so I waited another 10 min for them to make the missing stuff and when I got home the chicken sandwich I ordered without mayo had mayo. It took me 40 mins to get food! I was asked to pull around but there was no one in front of me. I sat around front for about 30 mins when I finally walked inside. There was nobody in the drive thru and only one gentleman inside, the employees were all standing around in the back talking, playing & holding their cellphones. One employee told the cashier to stop taking orders as she walked in the office, there was a female walking around in the kitchen without uniform and hair hanging to her butt, she appeared to just be "hanging out" with her friends that worked there. The cashier asked if she could help me and I told her I'd been waiting for 35 mins, showed her the receipt, with the time on it and she walked in the office and spoke to someone, came out and apologized and proceeded to finally fix my order. Then what appeared to possibly be the manager came out of the office, cellphone in hand as she was walking and looking at her phone and giving instructions to the employees. I visited this stores location on 11/23/2016 and had the worst experience. I was told I had to wait 10 minutes for chicken and 10 minutes turned into 30-minute wait. After being parked for 30 minutes I went inside to find out why I was waiting so long. The store manager "Paul" was very rude after I declined the offer of a free cake for my wait time. I told him I didn't want a cake I do not care for KFC's cakes and I told him I wanted a refund. While he was in the process of my refund I asked him how long was it going to take for the money to return to my card and he replied 3-5 business days. It made me upset that I would have to wait so long for my refund after their mistake so I vented some frustrations with the whole process. Paul told me that he was trying to process my refund but I was stopping him from doing his job. So I asked him for the number to corporate and he told me the number was 1-800-TELL-KFC. So I left the store but I decided not to leave the parking lot so I can call the number and I'm glad I did because it was the wrong number. I went back inside and asked Paul could I please have the real number to corporate he told me that was the real number. So I dialed the same numbers in front of him so he could hear what I was hearing and he had to call another store to find out the real number which is 1-800-CALL-KFC. I feel like the store manager was ignoring the fact that I was a customer whom he should have respected instead of playing games with his name and the corporate number. I now have been waiting for 15 whole business days and I still do not have a refund from this transaction. I am frustrated and I don't know what to do. I don't even know if Paul truly gave me a refund it been a total of 19 days. After many calls to corporate and no refund I visited the stores locations once more on 12/14/2016 demanding answers. I found out the stores managers' real name is Terry Montaque and once again he was very rude to me he even went as far as call the police on me to have me placed on a trespassing list. All I wanted was my refund and yet he treated me like I was thief after he stole my money. No need to worry I will never spend my money at this store location ever again. read more
