We had a fantastic experience here on a rainy day. The counter worker was helpful and a true pleasure! The other worker we saw also seemed very happy. They worked well together. Food was delicious, and we left feeling really good about the restaurant and about the people of Bay City. We had several different types of items including pot pies, tenders, and fried chicken. Food is always good at any KFC, this one was no exception. Customer service needs work, was not acknowledged at the counter for a few minutes. When we got our meal and went to a booth the pop machine was not stocked (no straws and lids were getting low), had to go back to the counter and ask for butter an honey. Guess they assumed we were not eating in as food was bagged. When asked for a tray or plates we were given Styrofoam cake plates for our 8 piece meal. read more

Ordered a 12 piece nugget and an 8 piece, the 8 piece was cold and chewy (obviously old) and the 12 piece was hot and fresh. They also had me pull ahead to wait for it which would have been fine if both orders were fresh! They also forgot the sauce with it. read more

This kfc is always awful. I ordered my food online because they never have extra crispy chicken ready. When I got there I found out that they gave my order to someone else and then they tried to say they weren't going to give me any food after I already paid online. So I asked to speak with a manager who said they would replace the meal. When I got my replacement meal there was no extra crispy the chicken was mushy and the biscuits were not fully cooked. Took her forever to give me my change back and blamed me for not seeing the quarter I gave her to get a dollar back. Guess what, these dunces packing the chicken DID NOT MAKE TWO IDENTICAL TWENTY DOLLAR FILL UPS.
