Save your time and money. Do not come to this KFC. I came here on a Sunday at 4:20 PM on December 29th. They were out of breast in original and crispy. They had no wings in original and crispy and they were out of pot pies. When I first pulled up I went through the drive-through and she rudely asked me if I can come on the inside. She didn't give a reason why. So I asked her, so what's the purpose of drive-through? Then she gave me a reason that they were doing a shift change. I am really hopeful that this review will get the attention of ANTHONY G. Especially since myself and another patron had to call the POLICE at the 2475 Bouldercrest location. Initially I was in the drive through. I noticed my mashed potatoes were missing, so I went inside and requested them. From there your manager Shay began cursing, saying "She a motherfuckin mash potato lie". As she continued we had an exchange of words to which I informed her I had no reason to lie. She continues by stating that she knew what she put in my order and I was lying. She from there no longer would engage me as I waited at the counter. Following another customer asked for a refund, due to how Shay had spoken to me as well as other teammates. Shay did not respond. Associates began to inform her of the patron's request. She then said, "okay I'm doing something she's going to have to wait". The patron waited at the counter for what I estimate to be approximately 20 minutes, requesting an refund multiple times. At that point the police was called by myself and the other patron. Another 20 minutes later the managing partner, Jon West got out of his car and began to go inside. Following refunding the patron I asked could I speak with Jon in private , as Shay continued to antagonize the patron from the cooking area. Jon stated he couldn't leave the register. I began to explain what happened. Shay continues yelling, "you're just mad because you're to broke to afford potatoes". From there I asked Jon "do you really think this is appropriate for your staff to be yelling and belittling me behind the counter "? Jon informs me he will talk to her and "you got your food, what else do you want me to do about it, I wasn't inside I don't even know what happened ". I explained to him that at the least Shay should be written up, as escalated multiple situations to an magnitude that was utterly unbelievable. This situation was not only humiliating but also had the potential to cause violence. I am really hopeful that you will remove said staff member from your team. Horrible ordered my food at 7:15, did not receive my order until 7:50. I only ordered a two piece meal. No one in the restaurant knew how to refund my money. Cook your brand often. Chicken is constantly cooking. I regret not going there because this KFC was closer. I waited for an hour for rubbery overcooked chicken. They had to drop my sandwich to make it fresh and forgot the cheese and you let me know after we went over the orders that you forgot I was fine we've been at it I was just happy he was even willing to offer that. Once again I have to write a review about the only other KFC in DeKalb County in the Gresham Panola Gresham Candler Road area. I don't know what the problem is that management at these locations cannot seem to order wings. Its 10 and I'm at the KFC on Candler Road and the management and for me they were filtering and cleaning the grease and it would be 30 minutes before she would have any chicken. Where is the manager who filters the only grease you have doing operating hours.
