Unfortunately, my second visit resulted in a serious and medically documented injury. During that appointment, my lower back was adjusted in a way that immediately led to severe complications. Shortly afterward, I was unable to have bowel movements, and my condition rapidly worsened to the point that I had to go to the ER. I was admitted to the hospital and diagnosed with a perforated colon, requiring a week-long hospitalization. After being discharged, I contacted Dr. Knutson directly. He acknowledged the situation and told me he had informed Dr. Alex Twenge, DC, and that corrective care would be provided. Despite those assurances, no meaningful or appropriate follow-up care occurred. I have text message documentation confirming these communications. This experience raised serious concerns for me about the standard of care and the lack of accountability afterward. The physical, emotional, and personal impact has been significant, including time lost with my family that I cannot get back. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options and proceed with extreme caution before seeking treatment here.

One of them for ten years out in Burnsville and then after that did a few adjustments at Lifetime but still had pain. Most Chiropractors do cookie cutter adjustments and don't address your as in YOU, your actual problems. They do X-rays and full body assessment here and actually look at where your body is having issues then adjust your according to your own individual needs! I had a shoulder impingement for probably two years that flared up on and off and both my old chiropractors could not fix it. On top of that I also had pounding migraines every single day. I kid you not after a week or two of adjustment my shoulder impingement is completely gone, and migraine headaches went away.
