My split is about 90% with Dr. Erin and 10% with Dr. Amy. For that reason, my review will focus on my visits with Dr. Erin since her constant work on me has kept my body grounded and in-tact since we have developed a plan together. My adjustments have helped with the stress of work and school. Finding a chiropractor has been a journey for me and as a result I have moved around and am pleased to have found a chiro that is working with me to correct my alignment. As I study for the bar exam we have begun a corrective care plan where I visit 3x a week for 8 weeks then 2x a week for 6 weeks and then once a week for 3 months. Dr. Erin has a different philosophy than other Chiros and I appreciate the fact that I will be able to review my pre X-rays and then review my progress at different check points. Liz is a great scheduler, greeter and resource for figuring out the best plan for your needs. Plus they cater to the kids with the cute play area, chalk wall, assorted toys and coloring supplies!

For the past 5 years (almost 6) I have worked a '9-5' desk job hunched over a keyboard feverishly typing away the minutes of my life. This does not fair well for my neck and shoulders who are lucky enough to hold loads of tension and stress. I knew for a while I needed adjusting but was reluctant because of the time and money that could go into it. After going to Alex a few times I noticed a significant difference. I slept better, the tension had eased and the numbing waves of pain shooting through my arms and fingers were disappearing. Things just kept improving and to this day I feel great. The ability to sleep on my side without my arm going numb after 5 seconds is life changing. For real. Dr Lanning is fair with pricing and great at working with my insurance. If your adjustment needs are an as needed basis or ongoing Kinetic Chiropratic & Healing is the place to go. The only place you should go.

I did not have a very good experience at all with Robbinsdale Chiropractic Center! I had a Living…read moreSocial for a one hour massage. In the month or so before I redeemed my massge, I had two chiropractic appointments with one of the doctors. He was really nice and very helpful. I was advised that the initial consultation would be free, x-rays included. I then had two adjustments, and was told that the office visit is $40 per visit, which would be billed to my insurance, as this office is in network with my insurance company. One claim was just submitted, and I see that I will owe $235! Part of it will be taken out of my HRA, but I don't have this full amount in my account, so I will be responsible for paying the rest of it. This is NOT the amount I was advised I would be charged! However, my biggest complaint is the actual massage, which is what brought me to this business in the first place. My therapist was a young woman who barely asked me any questions before the massage took place (which I thought was strange, since in previous massages, I have always been asked what I would like the outcome to be, where my main areas of concern are, etc). Also, the room where I had my massage smelled like cigarette smoke, and when the massage therapist was near me, she smelled heavily of smoke. It was very difficult to relax. Then, halfway through the appointment, she started TEXTING from her cell phone! She brought her phone into the room with her and set it on the table next to the bed and played music from it, despite there being a CD player with a collection of CDs right there. I could hear her phone buzzing, and I guess the anxiety got the best of her because eventually she picked up her phone and answered the text. I could hear her sign, and the buttons clicking, as she responded to the texts. Of course, she was not very good at multi-tasking, so while she was reading and responding, she would have (literally) one finger on me, rubbing gently in a cirlce, until she put down her phone and could continue on. This happened at least three times. And when the massage was over, she just tapped my back and said, Appointment is over. And walked out. It was so, so extremely unprofessional, the whole appointment. The massage was absolutely terrible. I seriously regret spending the money on this particular massage, and regret even more that I tipped her. I felt pressured because when I left, she was standing right there. I will NOT be returning to this place, nor will I ever recommed it to anyone.
