Jennifer is wonderful! I always feel better after an adjustment or two. She is also very good at educating patients.

Call it divine intervention, spooky coincidence... this was the first place I found with the first open appointment. Dr Chris is personable and takes time to explain things thoroughly, but calmly. The neck pain I've always written off as stress since my teenage years? Apparently that's not normal. I learned a lot in my consult, information needing my immediate attention and action. We put together a treatment plan, milestones and goals included, with an understanding that if things haven't improved in 3 months, we'd need a neck MRI. They connected with my insurance to find out what would be covered, and what I can expect to pay. No surprise billing. I'm starting to feel better, pain is reducing, mobility improving, excited to see where my X rays are in a few weeks. So far so good. Michelle at the front desk learns your name and greets you every visit. This office genuinely CARES. They're in the healing business, not just chiropractic adjustments and PT, and I'm so thankful. I could not have found a better office nor standard of care.

I was skeptical about chiropratic medicine in general but it worked for me, the improvement can be clearly seen in the before and after x-rays. My left and right shoulders were in two different altitudes from always carrying my child on one side but now they are back together and I no longer look like the proverbial Hunchback of Notre Dame.

Would highly recommend seeing Dr. Gavin Spennewyn at the Edina location! 5/5 stars for him. I was a…read moreskeptic of chiropractic, but Dr. Spennewyn addressed any concerns I had. He has a lovely bedside manner, and his adjustments seemed very gentle yet effective to me. I first saw him when I had my first migraine. Some muscle work and a gentle neck adjustment cleared 90% of my pain and aura symptoms. I know not all migraines would be fixed, but I think mine was due to muscle tension. I've gone to him ever since over the last few years for various neck and back pain and even some knee injuries. If anyone is looking for a great and kind chiropractor, I wouldn't point them to anyone else!

While not directly or explicitly rude, I've worked with enough people in accounting to know when someone is talking to you as if they believe they are better than you. But if you're going to be a front desk receptionist and have a god complex then you better do your job correctly otherwise just go work for the government if you don't want to work or get new business especially from someone who will pay out of pocket and have no issues with bills. I understand it's hard to hire and retain good staff in America, so if termination of Mariah's employment is not a viable option, additional paid and unpaid training would be my recommendation for her. Or she can fetch coffee and use compressed air to clean dust out of the keyboards for the rest of the staff to do their work.
