When we scheduled the appointment, we were quoted a $95 service fee for a technician to come out and diagnose the issue. The technician was at our home for less than 15 minutes, told us the control unit needed to be replaced (which was already diagnosed by our electrician), and then left. Shortly after, we received a bill for $295 along with a quote of approximately $2K to replace the unit. Since our fireplace is practically brand new, we contacted the manufacturer directly and learned that the control unit was actually still under warranty. The manufacturer immediately agreed to send us the replacement part free of charge. It is important to note that the technician never suggested checking the warranty status, even after we mentioned that the fireplace was new. Once we received the replacement unit from the manufacturer, we contacted the company again to ask if they could simply install the warranty-covered part (for a fee, of course). They refused to do the work. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience, and I would strongly recommend using another company.

A1 inspected both fireplaces, installed the spark arrestor, gave us a quote for the repair, ordered the part, made the repair, and thoroughly cleaned both fireplaces. We chose him because of how clearly he talked the details, from paint chemistry for a salt air climate to the right way to replace those old cedar shingles. Over the 3 - 4 week project, Omar and his crew invariably left the place immaculate, no clutter, no mess. The answer to nearly ever request was "Yes, we can do that." While they are not cheap, the tab for all of the extras we asked for was fair. And we have no doubt that the work will hold up very well. When I speed up significantly to try and get over head floored it to block. Me then I honked at him gave him them bird and he started arguing with me. 83663X3 even have a photo of the car. He said why didn't you slow down and go behind me. When a car is in front t of you gi es you plenty of time to slow down and you thi mt hey should have e to slow down enough to block traffic your the problem. City street moving between 30 and 20 mph and he wants me to slow down with traffic behind us..... bad driver would hate to see what his buisness practices are like. Mean while I have to tell him to pull up while he arguing with me because he currently has a full car length in front of him before a traffic light while he is busy claiming I tried to cut him off. Hope this guy isn't the head of the company. Cause his perspective is real off. If someone tries to cut you off and you charge at them its a vehicle accident if I slowly try to get in your lane with a signal and you speed up and I just stay in my lane, its you being a dangerous ass hole drive. Your luck the dot does not classify company vans as trucks moving passengers or cargo because then there is an official dot complaint line. As of what I looked into it would only be the pg police department and that is excessive. Good luck to your small buisness it seems like you have multiple complaints against you.
