A large Boots, actually situated on the shopping concourse of the Liverpool Street station /…read moreBroadgate development. It's incredibly handy for travellers using the railway station and going to and from the Underground, and seems to be permanently busy.
It has all the usual range of pharmaceuticals, other health products and toiletries, as well as snacks and food, and a range of in-store health and testing facilities (for flu vaccinations, chlamydia tests and treatment, etc).
The only downside is that the low ceiling makes it feel rather claustrophobic. A new feature is 'serve and scan yourself' check-outs, which seem to work OK (or at least, after a few tries!)
