I had visited several locations while in London and they are all laid out roughly the same, making it easy to find what you need. They are slightly cheaper than posh smaller markets, but it is a standard chain grocery store, so quality is a little less for meat, fruit, veggies, etc. There are quite a few around London and its outskirts, so never had an issue while visiting, which is great. All and all, I overall was quite happy with my visits.

As an American, going to a new grocery store in the UK was so fun!…read more I loved seeing all of the different snacks, treats, and groceries. These juices below are so delicious! There are random boxes strewn about the store and the security guard watches everybody like they're stealing something. I was visiting from USA so I just wanted to find some "British" treats to take home... Chocolates, chips, stuff like that... They had a decent variety of those types of things but otherwise this would be a store if you were in a pinch and needed a quick snack and that's about it. There's an M & S store right around the corner at the entrance to the train station that's much cleaner and nicer and has more options plus the same thing.

They have impeccable manners, always wear a smile, and will go to extra mile to help out the customer. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Helpful, professional, and most pleasant are the main attributes of the aforementioned staff, and to my mind these four members of staff are indeed an asset to Boots. I go there every two months for my repeat prescriptions, and whenever there is likelihood of delays, their explanation is clear, polite, and apologetic. They will inform me as to when the medication will be available for collection, and even go out of their way to contact me by telephone, indicative of their excellent customer service. I am most appreciative to them, and know how reliable they are for my medication, as well as exhibiting such excellent service to the public. Keep up the good work, and continue working well in that team. From a grateful customer. Keith. A. Danvers-Colquhoun. Resident at Covent Garden. 12 April 2014.

Thank you Crispins for saving halloween! This is one of the few stores in all of London that sells…read morecandy corn. From the outside Crispins looks like your typical 24 hour corner shop. But there is more to this shop than it's handy location (near Chinatown on Shaftesbury Avenue). Check-out their window displays...this is pop-tart central! For a tiny shop, Crispins has a ridiculously large selection of treats imported from the US (pop-tarts, brownie mixes, pancake mixes, runts, mini reese's peanut butter cups and yes Brach's candy corn). Candy corn is not so easy to come by in London, so the fact that they have some and at a semi-reasonable price ( £1.99/bag), this shop is clearly 4 stars in my book.

I am aware as I live nearby and have seen this happen over many months. They lie and say machine isn't working (even when it does as I've used the machine). They tell parcel owners to go elsewhere to drop off packages as they refuse to accept. They likely pocket a monthly fee for pretending to accept EVRI packages, so this is fraudulent behavior.
