The cashiers can't tell me anything when I ask, it's like no one knows what's going on. If it's going to be like this, I want my $50 back, there is no point in having the membership when it does nothing for you-regardless of the fact we spend so much money there. I could have really used that money for something else but I was tricked into thinking it would save me money somehow. BS.

Anywho... we initially purchased bare necessities for our newest furry family member and as we were checking out, the awesome staff went above and beyond. Not only did she steer us to a few more must haves at affordable prices, she share tips and tricks from her perosnal experience as a bunny owner, she shared websites for additional supplies, and even confirmed the gender of our baby bunny! She pulled in another staff member to confirm too! Side note, aside from supplies for animals of all sorts - they had baby chicks in! Loved to see they were collecting warm clothes donations and giving back to the community in this way as well. Great store, great people working there, just all around great!
