Very poor dealership, the so called technicians dont know how brakes on a non yamaha motorbike should feel, this is presumably the reason why they didnt bother to service or even check the brakes on my girlfriends bike when she paid for a major service to be done and ended up spending alot of money at keys, took the bike to alfs up the road and within 5 mins found the front discs were warped! i also checked the rear brake myself and found it still had the original pads in! and since the service the bike sometimes didnt like to fire up straight away which wasnt a problem before the service and the new ignition coils which apparently needed replacing, fast foward a few months and the bike wont fire up at all, the rac man suspects it could be ignition coils.. we got the bike taken to keys as they did the work on the ignition coils, girlfiend got charged 2 hours labour to be told they dont know whats wrong with it???? it has gone to alfs again and in less than an hour they diagnosed the problem. Neither of us would take our bikes to keys ever again as it is clear most of the staff dont really know what they are doing (except for a bloke called dave who ironicly is one of the nicest people i have met at a dealers, a top bloke who makes more effort that the rest of them put together!) If you value your motorbike dont take it to keys! read more
