When i collected my car after having a drive i noticed problems listed below: No reverse lights No parking cameras No Cruise control No speed limiter No hill start/auto hold Handbrake faulty System failed appearing on DASH. I have now had to take my car to Nissan and am awaiting a full report. When i was in the garage complaining about these issues the technicians told me that there diagnostics machines were rubbish and that the tools supplied were rubbish so most of them brought in there own. I now have to pay nissan to sort out my car whilst MR CLUTCH carry's out an investigation but have already been told that i was lying about what the technicians have said, I have witnesses to prove that isnt the case, Awful experience i hope they resolve the matter ASAP and send over there investigation to me.

Not only are they official Kawasaki dealers, they are also official dealers for other bike manufacturers. See website. On Saturday, they let me take out a brand new ZX10R (I had booked these test rides) for 2 hours, without batting an eyelid. Normally, you would be rather unpopular with staff if you had over run your time test riding a bike. I was supposed to be back in 1 hour. The man just asked if I'd enjoyed the bike - "Oh YES, Oh YES - I have to have one!!!!" Then they let me take out the new ZX6R, which was a great bike too, but just lacking the total "take your beath away" aspect of the ZX10R. Pics of bikes are attached.

The garage was very busy and I was told that it was unlikely they could fit my car in that day. The showroom is reasonably large and has a good range of models, and there are always bikes available for test rides. My partner has used them for over a decade and always found service and support to be efficient and very friendly. They're not the cheapest, but they do provide detailed invoices so you know how the costs are compiled (giving hourly rates etc). I recently bought my new bike from them and found them helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. There's a motorcycle clothing and accessories business next door (I think run by Infinity), whihc can also be accessed through the bike showroom. The pavement at the front is wide and forms a forecourt, so there's room to park your bike off-road if you want to.
