So I ended up getting to the appointment around 9. How unprofessional. Everything went fine once the appointment actually started but the next day I noticed my eye was getting really irritated so I waited a few days to make sure it wasn't the glue. She glued the extension too close on my eye and it was poking me. I would wake up with a slightly swollen eyelid and I've had extensions for over a year so I know what to expect. When I told her she said "I usually do not glue too close but I can take a look to see". I messaged her a few more times to fix my lashes and apparently she's too busy. A week later the lashes have fallen out so much I don't have to worry about it poking my eye. However it's clear she didn't apply the lashes properly because a clump of lashes fell out yesterday!

My eyes are super sensitive but Lucy was so light-handed and steady that I did not feel a thing. If it weren't for the great conversation we had, I would have definitely fallen asleep :) I wear fake eyelashes on a daily basis and was worried that the lashes wouldn't give me enough drama! I showed a picture of my lashes with my go-to false lashes and thankfully, Lucy understood exactly what I needed!
