Recently Jeffrey reached out to us just to stay in touch. That same day the the mortgage company increased our monthly payment by 200 dollars saying our escrow account was short over 2200 dollars. Jeffrey and I contacted the mortgage company . He stayed on the phone with me for an hour with the mortgage company. We finally found a way to to reduce the the escrow account shortage by 1700 dollars and at the same time reduce the monthly payment by 300 dollars. That is 100 dollars lower than the.original payment. JEFFREY IS a true professional who cares about his customers. This was not a payday for him yet he did all he could to help us . They withheld her security deposit and endure some atrocious harassments by a senior living in the same building.. They act like their not at fault. She reached out to them explaining the issues while she was still a tenant and they DID NOT CARE nor offered her an apartment to move into despite the horrible things she was dealing with paying rent every month!!! They never offered her a new apartment nor an apology while they were closing apartment deals weekly! These careless nobody's are the low of the low while only caring to collect your hard earned cash!. I'm here to make sure people shopping for "affordable" rentals don't fall victim to these terrible traps. Do your research before signing.

They handled some violation issues I had pending and I didn't have to stress about it. Communications with my tenants have been way more professional than when I was doing it myself lol. I used to just text my tenants which I know is not the right way to do it. Only thing I'd say is sometimes I wish they responded a little faster but honestly when they do get back to me everything is thorough and correct so I think its just they are busy and doing things right rather then rushing. Not really a complaint just something I noticed. Overall very happy.
