Finally got access through French doors by removing/replacing that lock also. Job clearly took a lot of expertise and much more time than first anticipated, but the original quote for the perceived simple lock change, still stood, and potential disaster/expense of being stranded at a less social time of the day averted - excellent service - would highly recommend
