It's surprisingly good selection of beer. What makes this one different is because we have been going there for many years everyone in the Food town knows us they go out of their way to make sure we get anything we need. If it's not in stock they make sure to see if it is possible for them to get it an example of that is the size of diapers that we needed one time. Now they consistently stock that size of diaper for us. The only reason why it is not five stars for me is that the isles are very thin and depending on what time you go it can be jampacked or food deliveries make it very difficult to navigate.

When I realized he was chasing me, I called him up and he ignored me. Then a manager or supervisor came to help, asked him where the teas were and he pointed out to the area. Very disappointed. The price is more reasonable than the super foodtown nearby although the selection is more limited and certain items can be more expensive. The super low rating on yelp seems excessive. I have never have any unpleasant interaction with the people that worked there or other shoppers. The groceries seems more tailored to the Dominican population including some meats that you won't find in a typical grocery store like pig ear, ox tail, tripe, and I like it for that. I always got a good deal on avocadoes here, often less than a dollar each which is hard to find in New York nowadays. Most other packaged things are pretty typical for a grocery store, with typical prices. They occasionally have sales but not too often.

I go out of my way to shop here even though there is a Key Food supermarket less than 5 minute walk from where I live. There is no shortage of multi ethnic food. Great selection of Caribbean, Latin and Asian food, and ingredients. It has an excellent fish market with even some rare to find seafood like shark. It has an entire Aisle devoted to large discount items, things like 20lb bag of rice can be found for under 10 dollars sometimes. The only thing it probably does not have is fresh coffee beans you can scoop up and place into a bag. (Old school style coffee beans that placed in large wooden basket that have burlap cloth inside.
