The owner, Kyanne, is flat out awesome and will provide really helpful guidance on the surrounding area and culture. You can also purchase ground coffee bags, as a gift for (loved!) ones. They have lounge space and open as early as 7AM to catch the early school rush. On repeat visits to Eagle Butte, I always stop by this place to stay in-touch with my inner coffee loving spirit. Another delicious breakfast was biscuits and gravy and some breakfast sandwiches. Merretta's interior design taste is also impressive, taking an older building in Isabel to a light and airy atmosphere, achieved by adding more windows and having a soft, pale green interior with a fun display of her maternal side photos (the origins of loving and feeding and the "tradition of feeding others") and photos of past Isabel buildings, taken by turn-of-the-century photographer, Frank Cundill, an early twentieth-century area historian. We hope Isabel and surrounding counties will patronize this gem going and make it a destination.
