Locksmith said he couldn't do anything after looking at the lock for less than a minute then got annoyed and left because my handyman showed up to replace the batteries (I was going to have him do this once it was unlocked). Locksmith didn't call me didn't communicate at all just left leaving my guests stranded out there with no help. I called him wondering where he went and was told they left because they got "annoyed" and the only suggestion was to break the lock. Well after my handyman spending 60 seconds on the lock after the locksmith left, he found out the door wasn't even locked, the issue was the handle. So one this lock issue was misdiagnosed and two he didn't even bother to stick around. If you own Airbnbs especially or if you locked yourself out don't waste your time with them, call someone else who won't get frustrated and just leave without communicating they're leaving. Absolutely amazed, and it's all on ring camera. Horrible

What a pleasant service visit from an agent who was not just competent and professional, but personally engaging. If Psyche is typical of PLSI, I WANT PLSI for ALL my lock repairs and maintenance. The part needed to repair my lock had to be ordered. But the warranty on the lock assured that there would be no cost for that part. The FIRST day after my return from Asia in August, PLSI called me and told me that they were ready at my convenience to complete the repair. Since I was already jet lagged, we scheduled it for the next day. Technician was not Psyche, but he was just as competent, and completed the repair in 30 min or so.
