Amazed this place is in business with the way they work. Called them at 9;30pm for an emergency unlock for my Airbnb guests that were locked out due to a dead digital lock. Locksmith said he couldn't do anything after looking at the lock for less than a minute then got annoyed and left because my handyman showed up to replace the batteries (I was going to have him do this once it was unlocked). Locksmith didn't call me didn't communicate at all just left leaving my guests stranded out there with no help. I called him wondering where he went and was told they left because they got "annoyed" and the only suggestion was to break the lock. Well after my handyman spending 60 seconds on the lock after the locksmith left, he found out the door wasn't even locked, the issue was the handle. So one this lock issue was misdiagnosed and two he didn't even bother to stick around. If you own Airbnbs especially or if you locked yourself out don't waste your time with them, call someone else who won't get frustrated and just leave without communicating they're leaving. Absolutely amazed, and it's all on ring camera. Horrible read more

Call them because I was locked out of my house. Their turnaround time was very fast. They came within 30 minutes on a weekend, which is very good. It didn't cost a lot and I received three keys for my door, which was amazing. read more

5* service! I purchased a secure mailbox from Home Depot. The key didn't work. I waited weeks to get the mailbox. Their solution was to send a new lock which I would have to pay to replace. I took the mailbox to Ace Unlocks. The fixed it within a day saving me time and money. I highly recomend! read more

Professional, Reliable, and Affordable. Those factors apply here and makes Ace Unlock worthy of a five star rating. They are currently doing curbside service due to COVID which I found refreshing and a welcoming sight in the City of Pensacola. Had my car keys cut in under five minutes. I can't even begin to express to you How much of a blessing, Mr. Bill Clark was for me! It was a Sunday evening when I got home and my automatic door locks wouldn't unlock. With Me having a meltdown, my husband 14 hours away and my dogs inside barking. Mr. Bill stayed calm the whole time I was having a meltdown. I would recommend Ace Unlocks To any of my family or friends or anybody in Pensacola. Thank you Mr. Bill for going above and beyond and helping this woman in distress. read more

Charged me $400 for a new key fob, Car was unlocked already. Price is a bit higher than the others but they had a key in stock. Next morning the key stopped working to unlock, lock, or open the hatch. All of a sudden after zero issues, our car's dash is lit up like a Christmas tree, all the safety features are in an error state and the car I had lost significant power. Not sure what happened but they said I can bring it in on Monday if I want them to fix it. Wife had to go to work about an hour away. Fingers crossed she is not stranded and has to get a tow home at midnight when she gets off work. Crazy. Initial experience was ok, now I'm disappointed. Praying this gets resolved and I don't have to take it to the dealer to undo what has been done. 2018 Mazda CX-9 read more

Fob on my van stopped working. I changed battery but still didn't work. Heard that ACE has replacement FOBs and would probably be cheaper than dealer. Called and girl on phone was quick and courterious and direct. All i had to do was show up with the van and good and bad FOBs and they'd get it working. Showed up at about 2pm on a Wednesday with no one waiting. Turns out, the guy behind the counter takes it apart, checks the battery voltage (good) and then cleans the back of the circuit board. Bingo, everything works. No charge, "have a nice day" Sure, it only took about 5 minutes, but that's the way to run a Super business. read more

A nightmare story of locked keys in my car and no secondary set turned into a bright ray of light. I contacted my locksmith (used for DECADES by all of my extended family). They couldn't get to me in a timely fashion and referred me to ACE UNLOCKS. These folks called me back to verify address within minutes. In another few minutes I received a call from my technician, Larry. He was friendly, professional in appearance and manner, easily identified by the 'Ace Unlocks' vehicle and business card, fully equipped to handle the task, very reasonable rates, and most importantly (for me as a woman) super quick. From my first call through to payment for services was less than 25 minutes. I cannot get thru the drugstore/bank drive-thru in that amount of time. WOW!! My locksmith might have just lost a customer...and it's not because they were too busy. That quick response was not just great service but that timeliness meant personal safety. I was not stranded with no shelter or groceries getting 'warm' or fidgety fussy babies/small children for an hour or longer. They, Ace Unlocks (Larry), are now in my contacts businesses group. Thank you CLS for the referral. read more
