    I would never call this company for help after the rudeness we received. Saturday night Aug 2nd,…read morenot quite 7:30, my boyfriend and I were at the foot of the gulf breeze side of the 3 mile bridge at the little park next to the water. I noticed a couple that were locked out of their car and asked them if they needed help. They were so thankful we stopped and asked because so many just kept driving by them and just looked. We looked up a locksmith and the gentleman called this company and the guy who answered asked for the location and make of the car info, as if we were disturbing him. He says okay $95 and be there in 30 mins. The gentleman in need of the locksmith said okay to the price. The guy at the company said okay and HUNG UP THE PHONE. He Never asked for a name, or phone number of the gentleman needing assistance. 2 hours later the company NEVER SHOWED UP AND DID NOT CALL BACK TO APOLOGIZE OR ANYTHING.

    Our neighbor reported to us that our tenants had skipped out on their rent and left our house in "a…read moreterrible mess", and the doors were wide open. We called the lady that had tried to do a walkthrough the day before, ,and she gave our phone number to a locksmith, who called right away. (We live out of state) John said he would go change the locks that night but decided to go in the morning. He asked if he should hide a key. I told him to hide one so the sheriff could get in, and to send me the other one. Also the neighbor wanted to get back in to take pictures for me. Instead, he gave one to our former realtor, assuming we were still working with her company; he was obviously annoyed and tried to blame me, instead of apologizing for his mistake. He said we should have had someone meet him at the house to "straighten out the confusion". If he gets that easily confused, he should have requested that someone meet him, and I'm sure my neighbor would have been glad to. He only accepts venmo and two other methods, none of which I had; but I thought I could easily sign up for venmo. I have zelle, which is very easy to set up, but he wasn't willing to take a few minutes to sign up for it. He called right after changing the locks to say he was finished and to tell me to send the payment. I told him I would work on it as soon as we left a dentist's appointment. He called again before we were finished and hounded me all day long for his payment. I spent HOURS trying to set up a venmo account, and could never get it to work. A gentleman at the bank was trying to help, even though it wasn't his job. My husband answered John's call while we were at the bank, and while he was explaining what we were going through, John hung up on him! What a nice guy! He puts on a friendly front when getting a job; but at the first sign of a glitch, his true personality comes through. I finally called the lady who referred him to us, and she decided to sign up for zelle so I could send her the money, and she sent it to him through venmo. What a shame that the poor man had to wait ALL DAY for his payment! Now I'm still waiting two weeks later for the key that he said he would send three days later. He refused to answer my text, my friend's text and my husband's phone call letting him know we hadn't received the key. He finally texted today, claiming he sent the key to "the address provided." I sure hope he didn't get confused about the address. He needs to get another copy of the key and send it priority mail.
