They completely ghosted me and stopped responding to my eMails. I had to update the address on file myself. They didn't complete the service for which I paid, and just pointed me to the fine print that said nothing is ever their fault. Samuel J. Salas in particular is terrible, tries to give the runaround, and is totally not accountable as a manager for the branch. Pathetic.

A first rate title company would have admitted their mistake and compensated properly, considering that a title company's MAIN purpose is to search a properties title for any liens or incumberances. My family was in the real estate business for 40 years in this area and I have never experienced a mistake of this magnitude or a company so unwilling to admit their obvious responsibility.
