A competitor came in with a lower price, but that was only because they substituted a lower-performance opener. His quote didn't arrive the fastest, but once we started communicating, he was very responsive through text and kept the process moving. On installation day, he arrived on time, completed the work without any issues, and hauled away the old opener. The installation and wiring were clean and professional, and he took a few minutes to explain maintenance steps--like proper lubrication--that I hadn't been aware of.
