So.... Long story short... My dad is mentally ill. He lives in deplorable conditions in a home that…read moreis smaller than any tiny home I have ever seen in my life. I don't live in the same state, no where near at all, but I have always wanted to send a cleaner out. I've always been worried about my dad not letting them clean or him harassing whoever goes out there. Well my dad ended up getting really sick with pnuemonia, bladder infection, and a few other things, likely because of how he lives. With him being hospitalized it presented an opportunity to get his place cleaned up. I knew I couldn't look for any cleaning service. I would need a place that could deep clean and remove years of filth and residue from cigarette smoke and animal urine inside. Initially I called ServePro since that was the first thing that popped up on google. Fortunately for me they were booked out for a couple weeks and gave me their competitors number. I called Midwest Restoration and they were able to take on the job!!!! I had my mom (divorced from my dad), go and take pictures and I'm amazed! I know it will take another day to get the place situated, but wow is there a crazy difference in the places they have cleaned. I'm adding a few photos of the ceiling. The white part is what has been cleaned and the brown is what the whole ceiling had looked like. I can't wait to see the place when it's finished! Thank you so so so much!

In the same conversation he says he's on the property ready to start. I told I'm waiting for a quote from someone else and said I'll let him know the following day if they get the job or not. His reply is thanks but we are no longer interested. Poor business practice and terrible communication on their part. Do not recommend.
