He missed an improperly installed hot water heater which we now have to replace. We were promised a state water test that we never got the results on. He missed the front bathtub drain not working which likely means removal of the enclosure to fix it. He missed a roof defectthat surprised us by after a heavy rain by leaking into our living room. He did refund our fee but that will come nowhere near the costs of his failed inspection. We trusted him and he left us holding the bag
