When he arrived early, which was great, he checked over my furnace, filter and ductwork. My furnace vent pipe was leaking, however, and he did fix that by repiping it in that one area. The price was reasonable. The young man was professional, informative and courteous. He was able to give me quotes one other potential projects. Overall, a great experience. Will be contacting them for all future plumbing and heating needs. Also, Molly is really pleasant to talk to you on the phone. She even called and asked if he could come early, which I had no issue with.

Call back when the furnace completely died, and now HE (Patrick) doubled the price saying he needs the full payment before completion. Go somewhere else or do it yourself. These people forget, over charge, and are completely incompetent. Save yourself the headache.
