Horrible customer service. Took over 2 weeks to get my sewing machine "tuned up". Had to call…read moremultiple times. Then when we got it back, it didn't work. He charged $70 for the tune up. When we brought it back and asked why he went ahead with the tune up when it's obviously broken he said we hadn't asked for a quote. Then he tried to claim he didn't know it was broken...after he pointed out what was broken. When asked if there was any way to get an owner's manual he simply said "'no, that's impossible." (I did a quick google search and found one myself). In short, it's a rip off and he has horrible personal skills. Won't be going back there again. Buy online!
