I went to the Hancock location on US 41 to purchase a stone form my father's grave. The owner, the salesperson was very helpful. We finalized our choice and he said he would send me everything by email to confirm all the information was correct, with was over a month ago, I have not gotten an email for anything. I called and he says I will have it by Saturday, that was 2 weeks ago and I still have nothing, how sad as my sisters and I wanted to surprise our mother, we know she will be visiting Dad's grave on his birthday, we were hoping to have the stone there for her to see when she went out there.
