I'm a landowner and I've done some pretty stupid things to my saws over the years but he's always fixed them fast and for a very reasonable price. I'm sure he gives me a better price because of the following: 1. I purchased the items from him that I'm bringing him to repair (buy it at Home Cheapo have them fix it...that's right they don't SERVICE anything). He treats me right price wise. Trust me I've talked to other repair techs and Larry is VERY reasonable. 2. My expectations are fair. I bring in a damaged item and then tell him (or he asks) when I need it back. He has never had to bs me when something wasn't ready on time. 3. He knows that I'm loyal. I never ask him to "sharpen is pencil" because I know his prices are fair and in line with the marketplace. He has overhead and he has years of knowledge. Not to preach but please support the local guys in all forms of business. You'd be suprised how well they will treat you when they see that you want to give them business. What dollar figure is that worth?

One of the worst transactions ever. Owner is very unreliable and confrontational. The tire was put on mis-alligned and caused the belt to grind into the fuel tank (my tank is under the seat and next to the belt) and puncture the tank and causing major repair issue,. Luckily it happened at the gas station and not on the road or it could have slicked the tire and I could have had a more serious issue. The Owner Bill could have cared less for the safety of the bike or individual and thinks after 30,000 miles this is just a coincidence to occur within 2 weeks and 100 miles of me receiving the bike back. Feels he didn't do anything wrong and is not responsible, nor can he point to any issue around the obvious belt rubbing and we'll just have to "google it" and told me to get my friends to come down and tell me what he did wrong....... He is the person I paid to repair the bike. They charge a premium, horrible and dangerous service. Stay away from this business
