Arrived soon after they opened and got the dome shaved and polished. Always some good conversations happening here. Like how clean the place is. Unlike other barbers, this place always appears like it's just been fully swept and sanitized. Parking is always easy and convenient. The wait is rarely more than 10 min. Came in and asked for a simple fade. I'm not going to say who cut my hair but you would figure for $13 someone would learn how to blend in a fade. I'd honestly rather cut my own hair next time. read more

Hit or miss. I have been to Kevin's 3 times, and the first two times were pleasant experiences with awesome, talented barbers who took the time to cut my hair well and were great to talk to. They use clippers with a vacuum on them the whole time so it's not that messy and leaves you feeling clean. I thought they really seemed to care about their craft. However, my last visit today was an absolute train wreck. I asked for my hair to be cut a certain way each time I went, and this barber really didn't seem to care. He just started going at it and didn't ask for any direction or feedback along the way. He was very negative to talk to as well, didn't seem very interested in me and just wanted to get the job done instead of doing it well. He cut my hair in less than 6 minutes. They other guys took at least 12-15 minutes to make sure it was what I wanted. Now my hair doesn't look good, it was like he was cutting my hair for basic training or something. I'm afraid Kevin's has lost my business due to carelessness of this one experience. I hate that it ended up this way, I really thought I had found my go to place. But I guess I have to keep looking. read more
