Albert Cernadas is super creepy and unprofessional. He honestly sounded like was masturbating to my voice on the other end of the phone line. Fails to return phone calls, claims he's going to follow up at certain times & then fails to do so. Albert Cernadas has to be debriefed every single phone call and claims he "doesn't remember your case". I will be filling formal complaint regarding sexually inappropriate questions and statements. His questions portrayed racial bias, derogatory inclinations, condescending character and gender discrimination.
