Unfortunately due to not being able to provide all of the documentation, we could never file. Wish we knew that before I gave them $7,500. At the end when I asked for a refund of a small amount of $600-700, they billed me that day for 3.7 hours... years later... so they didn't have to refund me. WARNING!!! Very unethical firm. They charged my bank account unbeknownst to me and without my authorization. When I called to find out what the charge was for, they couldn't give me a straight answer and hung up the phone on me. I contacted Fred Niemann, a partner at Hanlon, Niemann and Wright, to discuss a possible minority shareholder case. He convinced me that his firm could handle the case. The case was assigned to Chris Balioni. After 14 months and $ 100,000 we still haven't had one deposition. The money was spent on lawyers and accountants he recommended. I don't think I spoke to Chris 5 times in 14 months. When I call they tell me he is out and I need to make an appointment to speak to him on the phone. When I complained via email about not being available to speak on the phone, nothing changed. When I asked questions that he didn't want to answer he didn't. Then I emailed him that I would write a review and fight back , he quit the case and accused me of extortion. I called Fred Niemann and he said he would look into it.
