We cannot say enough good things about Kevin Goodyear Towing and driver Jason Varnam. Our 40-foot, 40,000-pound motorhome broke down on Interstate 10 in early February 2026, leaving us in a very dangerous roadside position. Jason spent several hours working carefully and patiently to get us safely off the highway and transported to a repair facility. His knowledge of towing large, heavy vehicles was extremely impressive, and he approached the situation with professionalism, precision, and calm confidence. He worked tirelessly to make sure everything was done exactly right and stayed with the job until after 2:00 a.m. -- and still had a two-hour drive home afterward. What truly stood out was Jason's dedication and attitude. The entire time he was helping us, he remained positive, focused, and reassuring. We later discovered it was actually his 51st birthday, and he still chose to spend the night helping strangers in a difficult situation. That level of commitment and service is rare these days. Kevin GoodYear Towing - Stuck on I 10 - Towing Near Me - Enterprise, Alabama

ITS ALL ON VIDEO. first off, never notified me that my vehicles were towed. we had to search for them. Then we get to their Enterprise office and we ask them who had our vehicles towed and why. They told me that Enterprise Police had them towed. So then we call Enterprise Police and ask them why. EPD's response was that they have no record or dispatches for any tows being authorized on that day, Sheriff said the same thing. I asked them for paperwork that would show who ordered the tows and why and they refused to produce it unless i paid $1000 in cash. Then, some time later we get a letter im the mail from Kevin's son in law Brad Castro that states that Community HOA Solutions ordered the tows. So then I email Community HOA Solutions and ask them why my vehicles were towed. They email me back and tell me they have no idea what im talking about and that they never ordered any tows. So what choice did i have but to file a lawsuit? And who else would I file it against? I wanted to know who the hell took my vehicles and why and never got any answers until we went to a court hearing, which Kevin the owner walked out of (I guess he couldn't stand the smell of his own sh$&) Then FINALLY it comes out that prestige ordered the tows. Then after being subjected to ridicule, harassment, insults, arrest threats for trying to retrieve my property, and mockery, for whatever reason despite having stacks of evidence the Judge ruled against us. But im suing again because both vehicles were our company vehicles (we have owned a small business for over ten years, built from the ground up) they were sold and our property that was inside of them, ESSENTIAL business equipment worth around $20,000 is unaccounted for. Now we have no money, no work, no transportation, and this has DEVASTATED my life, my families life, a business we started with only $100 in our pocket that we grew into having 7 employees and two company vehicles that took us years to pay off, we owned them free and clear title in hand, the carpet cleaning equipment that my wife's dying uncle let us borrow the money to buy and we paid him back for. After our business was taken away from us by Goodyear the only vehicle we had was a truck that my wife's father had given her before he passed away, we had a title loan on it but due to us not being able to work anymore the truck was gone too because we had no way to make the payment. We have no transportation at all now, no way to find meaningful employment, my wife is suicidal, my marriage is strained, we are in a hole now that idk if i can dig us out of. Does Kevin give a shit? No. ZERO accountability. ZERO integrity. If you are looking for honesty stay FAR AWAY from this Company! BUYERS.BEWARE!! Was charged nearly $400 for towing a vehicle not even 1 MILE away. Tried to reach out to the the owner Kevin for an explanation with no luck. Did not return my calls or emails either. Vehicle damage as well. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! read more

Had a flat and called roadside. They contacted this company for a tow. Charged me $263 and told me that it would be about 1-1 1/2 hours before driver was here. Waited almost 3 hours and contacted tow company. Dispatcher was rude and told us it would be at least another 45 minutes before someone would be here. Cancelled tow and called someone else myself. They're only charging me $150 and can be here in less than 20 minutes. Horrible communication and completely discourteous!! ZERO STARS!! read more

The dispatcher was great in helping us work out a snafu with AAA. Then Matthew came and helped us get home. He towed us a long way late at night and never complained. He was cheerful and kind and took care to make sure we got home safely. read more

A guy named Josh Myers just picked up my truck at my house. He was awesome. He did a jam up good job and he was very professional. He was nice, polite, friendly and efficient. I could not be more pleased with the service that Josh provided for Goodyear. Whomever hired this guy did a good day's work. He's top notch. I was 7 hours from home when the alternator went out in my van. My family and I had already been waiting on the FL interstate for 3 hours for another tow company our insurance was suppose to be sending... when they finally backed out and Kevin Goodyear Towing got the call, they came quickly. Troy was great. He was extremely helping in getting my family and are van off the side of the interstate. Would beyond recommend this company...especially if all their drivers are like Troy. read more

Was charged $130 for the towing PLUS a $50 "fuel" charge that was written in under different ink than origional paperwork and my vehicle was only towed 10 miles. That's almost half a tank of fuel with diesel this cheap. Shady towing and WILL spread the word on ripping people off. read more
