Jason spent several hours working carefully and patiently to get us safely off the highway and transported to a repair facility. His knowledge of towing large, heavy vehicles was extremely impressive, and he approached the situation with professionalism, precision, and calm confidence. He worked tirelessly to make sure everything was done exactly right and stayed with the job until after 2:00 a.m. -- and still had a two-hour drive home afterward. What truly stood out was Jason's dedication and attitude. The entire time he was helping us, he remained positive, focused, and reassuring. We later discovered it was actually his 51st birthday, and he still chose to spend the night helping strangers in a difficult situation. That level of commitment and service is rare these days. Then we get to their Enterprise office and we ask them who had our vehicles towed and why. They told me that Enterprise Police had them towed. So then we call Enterprise Police and ask them why. EPD's response was that they have no record or dispatches for any tows being authorized on that day, Sheriff said the same thing. I asked them for paperwork that would show who ordered the tows and why and they refused to produce it unless i paid $1000 in cash. Then, some time later we get a letter im the mail from Kevin's son in law Brad Castro that states that Community HOA Solutions ordered the tows. So then I email Community HOA Solutions and ask them why my vehicles were towed. They email me back and tell me they have no idea what im talking about and that they never ordered any tows. So what choice did i have but to file a lawsuit? And who else would I file it against? I wanted to know who the hell took my vehicles and why and never got any answers until we went to a court hearing, which Kevin the owner walked out of (I guess he couldn't stand the smell of his own sh$&) Then FINALLY it comes out that prestige ordered the tows. Then after being subjected to ridicule, harassment, insults, arrest threats for trying to retrieve my property, and mockery, for whatever reason despite having stacks of evidence the Judge ruled against us. But im suing again because both vehicles were our company vehicles (we have owned a small business for over ten years, built from the ground up) they were sold and our property that was inside of them, ESSENTIAL business equipment worth around $20,000 is unaccounted for. Now we have no money, no work, no transportation, and this has DEVASTATED my life, my families life, a business we started with only $100 in our pocket that we grew into having 7 employees and two company vehicles that took us years to pay off, we owned them free and clear title in hand, the carpet cleaning equipment that my wife's dying uncle let us borrow the money to buy and we paid him back for. After our business was taken away from us by Goodyear the only vehicle we had was a truck that my wife's father had given her before he passed away, we had a title loan on it but due to us not being able to work anymore the truck was gone too because we had no way to make the payment. We have no transportation at all now, no way to find meaningful employment, my wife is suicidal, my marriage is strained, we are in a hole now that idk if i can dig us out of. Does Kevin give a shit? This shop…read morerecently became involved in a situation where they are working with local law enforcement to press false criminal charges over a legal vehicle repossession -- a matter that is clearly civil, not criminal under Alabama law. The recovery was done with full authorization from the lienholder, and the vehicle was parked in an open, unsecured area without any posted mechanic's lien or locked gate. Despite that, this shop is participating in an effort to criminalize a lawful act, seemingly due to personal connections with members of the police department. If you value professionalism, accountability, and transparency, I would proceed with caution.

In conversations with the shop, they even revealed a mechanic had "taken it home on the weekend" to work on it -- admirable effort maybe, but completely unprofessional. When the shipper came, the car wasn't fully put back together: several items were installed improperly, part of the grille was tossed in the passenger seat, and the car was absolutely filthy. The air conditioner repair (the whole reason it was in the shop) still wasn't working -- again, after six weeks. I'll concede this is a classic car, but if you don't have the expertise to work on one, you shouldn't agree to provide service.
