I won't be coming back. They don't respect their customers…read more I have taken 3 pets to this clinic over the last 3 years, including my dog who had terminal cancer. At first, I felt like the staff was friendly and the vet was very personable. However, some time after I started coming there they had changes to both their administrative policies and the never ending musical chairs of vet's we saw. In my most recent visit, I arrived 7 minutes late and was told by the receptionist that if I wanted my pet to see the vet today, I'd have to pay an $18 fee. Otherwise, they would reschedule my appointment. I attached a photo of their late policy she pointed to on their front desk. This is unreasonable. I am not often late but 5 minutes is the difference between hitting a long red light or not. Additionally, I have never been to a visit where they didn't seat us in an exam room and have us wait 10-15 minutes (each time). I accept that coming late to an appointment is unprofessional and can mess up their schedule. However, if I'm going to sit in the exam room for 15 minutes, I don't think it's truly about your schedule any longer.

Though Dr. Rose Elliott sold her clinic and works only 2 days a month, we kept her as our vet…read morebecause of her exceptional care giving. This is the second incidence of what office girl Suzanne called a protocol problem, with the new clinic owner, Animal Wellness Center, Waukesha. On August 27, I requested a refill prescription to be sent to (lower priced) Costco and was assured they would do it. This is a pain med prescription to sooth our 14 year old lab Lucy's arthritis. I called three more times over six days. Suzanne, said Dr. Rose had not been in and the request was still her desk. Suzanne would forward it to the other vet, but it was up to him whether to fill or not since he was not Lucy's vet. She would call us when the refill was sent. Today is September 6th. No call yet. And Lucy has been out of her pain med for several days. We are done with the Animal Wellness Center. Sincerely, Linda Hinners
