We moved up here from Austin, TX with our elderly…read moredog, Royal, and wanted to both establish a new relationship with a vet in town, but also get a second opinion on removing a large mass from the side of our dog's body. Our dog had always been terrified & anxious when going to the vet, but for many reasons we now know, he seemed at ease with Dr. Ron. He outlined the pros/cons of moving forward with such an invasive surgery on an elderly dog and walked us through all the initial tests he wanted to run to make sure something of that nature was safe for him. In the end, we moved forward with a successful surgery that gave our little guy a little more comfort in his last years. This was after being told by various vets it was a no go. Unfortunately, a few years later we needed to put our boy down of old age and we of course called Dr. Ron as Royal was so comfortable in his presence. Dr. Ron came to our house and made the entire experience peaceful for everyone involved. We were sent a thoughtful card, stamp of his paw and a beautiful urn afterwards. Dr. Ron is animal whisperer (or so we think). Him and his staff are incredibly kind and thoughtful, and we're so happy we found them in our dog's last years. We're going to wait for a few years before getting another dog, but when we do, we're excited to bring them to Dr. Ron & My Pet's Vet. Thank you again.

From start to finish, my dog's grooming session was nothing short of outstanding. Katherine's skill and passion for her work were evident from the moment we arrived. She greeted us with a warm smile and immediately put my pet at ease, which is no small feat considering how goofy an anxious our doodle can sometimes be. Katherine did a fantastic job with our dog Guinness, who is 120 lbs and requires a lot of work. Despite his size and needs, Katherine handled him with grace and professionalism, exceeding our expectations at every turn. Katherine even went above and beyond for us. While I was on maternity leave, she would get our dog in and out of the car even in the rain & snow so I wouldn't have to bring both the dog & baby in. She even got our dog a gift when she found out we were moving. We have never had such a wonderful experience with groomers before, we highly recommend Community Bark and Katherine.

However, the staff continued calling my husband even though they had been told to contact me directly. I was not receiving any calls on my phone, while my husband was receiving them. He works in the field and was not in a position to answer the calls. I called Community Bark myself because I knew I was running late and wanted to find out how much I would be charged. During the call, the young lady I spoke with repeatedly asked, "Will you be here in 10 minutes?" I explained that I lived about 20 minutes away and asked again about the cost. She continued focusing on when I would arrive instead of answering my question. Eventually, she gave me the price. What happened next was completely unacceptable. Before hanging up, she called me a "fucking bitch." I was shocked and extremely upset that an employee would speak to a customer that way. I called back and asked who I was speaking with. The person told me she was the owner. I asked if she was the same person I had just spoken with, and she said no. I explained what had happened and told her that something needed to be done about the employee's behavior. She asked me what I thought she should do. I told her that, as the owner, that decision was hers to make. I explained that this was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. My dog has been coming to Community Bark for years, and until this incident, I had always had a positive experience with the customer service. What concerns me most is that I now feel uncomfortable bringing my dog back. I am worried about possible retaliation or that something could happen to my dog because of this complaint. I should not have to feel that way about a business I have trusted with my pet for years. The conversation with the owner was also very uncomfortable. I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously, and I was left with the impression that nothing would happen regarding the employee's behavior. I am extremely disappointed that an employee felt it was acceptable to use such offensive and disrespectful language toward a customer. I hope Community Bark takes this complaint seriously and addresses the situation appropriately. No customer should be spoken to this way, regardless of the circumstances. I would appreciate a response explaining how this matter will be addressed and what steps will be taken to ensure that customers are treated respectfully in the future. She did offer to waive the late fee, but I insisted on paying it because we were late, and I understood that this was the business's policy. I will be looking for another Doggie business to care for my pup. That young lady should have been fired on the SPOT!!!.

For those who are unaware, room 5 is the room where the humane and dignified process of end-of-life occurs. The animal hospital provides a comforting and painless procedure we regrettably had to face. Dr. Martinez made sure our 17 year old very sick cat felt no pain and only experienced love until the very end. For that we are grateful. A personal follow-up condolence card reinforced the caring this facility provides.

First off, both the Vet Tech and Vet were incredibly empathetic, and as far as the cost goes, while my cost was over $1,000, it was nothing out of the ordinary given the circumstances and honestly, was expected. People need to understand that you are going to pay more money at an Urgent Vet or Emergency vet, but when it's 10:00pm at night and you have nowhere else to go, what else can you do? We left my cat there for a little under 2 hours while they did the procedure and then we picked him up after. They called me 2 days later to follow up and see how my cat was doing as well, which I very much appreciated. I had no idea this place existed but I am grateful they were able to help me and my cat and my experience overall with them was pleasant. Thank you Urgent Vet!
