Had a couple minor issues and no questions asked, fixed it right away. What's also nice about them is they've been in business for a LONG time (60's I believe). PPF and tint all come with long warranties and there is definitely peace of mind when taking your car to a shop that has been around for half a century. Prices are also very competitive.

I got quotes from several upholstery shops in the area, and they were all about double what "low overhead Bob" was quoting. I was skeptical at first. Don't be!! I just got the parts back, and they look awesome. There is one minor wrinkle on the part, but it's in a very difficult area and isn't visible really with the cover closed. Better than the factory did. I would say I paid 40% of the price other guys were charging for the job, and it looks 95% as good as what the other guys would have done. I'm quite happy. Know going in to it that he may be later than your original estimate, but if you're looking for the low cost but still pretty good quality option, it's totally worth the wait. BOB!!!!!!!

The back window of my soft-top convertible had imploded from the heat of August, 2022. There was only one upholsterer in my whole county who worked on convertibles and he was too busy to take it. I live in Lynden, WA and the next closest shop was Ted's in Arlington, an hour and a half drive from my home. Gene agreed to fix my window, took down the information he needed, ordered the window to fit and had everything ready by the time of my appointment. He thought it would take about 5 hours to do the job. A friend drove down to Arlington with me and we hung out at a nearby park after meeting with Gene. (We drove to the park, he walked to the park and picked up my car. Mobility is an issue with my friend and I.) Three hours later I got a call from him asking if we were ready to be picked up. The cost was comparable to others I'd been quoted - and then turned down. Gene was friendly, knowledgeable concerning the window and working with insurance companies, and fast. My window is beautiful and, luckily, we beat the rain. I was without a back window for almost two months. Thank you, Gene!!

After…read moretalking with him, reviewing his pricing and proximity to both us and our boat we chose his company and services. Once the work began Kurt determined that our existing foam interior pads were in great shape and did not require replacement as we thought they would need to be (saving us $ from the start). They also offered some great suggestions for both updating the look of the seating and modifications to eliminate some areas of previous excessive wear. From the beginning of the project thru to completion we were kept informed and were even able to pick up some of the cushions as they were completed rather than waiting for everything to be done. It allowed us a chance to begin putting our boat back together sooner than we thought. Our experience with Interior Renovations was a really positive experience. We highly recommend Interior Renovations. Thank you Kurt (and Matt) for your excellent workmanship. Captain Jack De Friel 200 Ton Master YachtDeliveriesNW.com

We live in Seattle but visited their shop and picked the leather fabric that we liked. They picked up our chairs and ottomans as soon as the leather fabric arrived as promised. They finished them in a reasonable amount of time and returned them back to our condo. We are extremely happy with the job and now have our favorite chairs back in place and everyone who sees them agree they are absolutely beautiful. The process was flawless until the final payment. The day they were delivered we had to leave immediately to pick up a family member who was waiting at the airport. In the chaos the delivery people did not pick up the check and we forgot to remind them. We were halfway to the airport when we were called by Elvira. Elvira was very angry and would not let us mail the check. We offered to Zelle the balance but she said they did not have a Zelle account which is very easy to set up. We had to give them our credit card and then we were charged the 3% charge fee which was a substantial amount. We didn't feel it was handled in a fair way. Elvira was quite unreasonable as it was an unintentional mistake made by them as well as us. The exchange left us with a bad feeling even though everything else went perfectly.
