I want to share my experience with this company: I ordered…read moremany products to build and outdoor kitchen and received the shipment. But my contractor could not install it due to some unforeseen circumstances. When we opened the boxes months later we noticed that the refrigerator was missing. I did not expect anything from the company since it was my fault most probably that I did not check the shipment correctly or the refrigerator was stolen or something else. I still contacted with the company just to ask them if they could check if they sent the item. They checked and confirmed that it was sent. But surprisingly they sent me a replacement free of charge as a compliment. The customer service by BHARATI was very timely, effective, courteous and responsive. She called me and sent emails enough times about this ticket and for other purchases I placed later and a couple delivery problems. I don't know about the products' quality or durability as they are still not installed but I am very confident if I have further problems the company will stand by their products. Overall, great company, greater customer service and greatest representative.

I ordered cabinets for my garage and paid over $1100 to have them installed. The first install…read moredate, they cancelled the day before. I took a day off work for it. I was irritated but agreed to the following Saturday (today, 7/25/2026). An hour before the scheduled time for the install I received a text that they couldn't come today. My wife and kids are on a vacation that I didn't go on because I needed to be here. The man that scheduled the install is very unresponsive and gets back to you days later after you reach out to him. Do not do business with this company. You have been warned!

I got my baseboards and door casings here. Price was great. Lowest price I was able to find…read moreanywhere. Decent selection of trim as well. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the girls at the front kept messing up my order so I would get to the back and be given the wrong product. Had to go back and forth a few times and the price had to get adjusted a few times as well.
