He pushed away from me, tore off his gloves and demanded I reschedule for a time when "I was ready to handle the procedure." He stormed out of the room as he was making this statement, finishing it from the hallway. Me flinching made him that mad. Seriously, that's that whole story. It was crazy. Like I said, I could not believe what I was seeing. Needless to say, I did NOT reschedule with him when I was ready to have the tooth pulled. I've never had to wait in room for someone to start services. He fixed a front tooth that had worn down , without grinding it down and a cap , I was very pleased. I have had a number of previous bridges, he doesn't push unnecessary procedures. I have had several occasions when a family or friends were in town got a toothache, I would call Dr. Kesslers office and he would see them. Previous review sounds like someone that has never been to a dentist, they don't give out "drugs" until they know whats going on in a persons mouth.

I was very concerned about finding a good dentist to re-cement the veneer because I didn't want it to be damaged or destroyed by someone that wasn't experienced in working with veneers. My previous career was in dentistry so I know the good from the bad. Knowing what I know about dentistry is also my reason for concern about finding a skilled dentist in a resort area. Luckily, Branson has a lot of entertainers that apparently attract some dentists with skills in cosmetic dentistry. Therefore, my lucky day! Dr. Willard's staff was great. They set an appointment for early the next morning and I received good quality care by a professional staff. The office was nice and clean with modern equipment. The amount I paid was about the same as I would have paid with my regular dentist at home. If I lived in the area this would be my new dentist. He screwed up the implants I went back and forth every two weeks after paying 15 thousand. They then refunded me 2000.00 I then found out after another 6 thousand he had the bottom post had to pay 5000 to have them pulled at OMS great people just expensive. Branson dental help me fix the alignment but still eating a soft diet and the bottom dentures would come out when I ate anything even soft food. I finally found a Dentist Dr Majors who new is stuff plus both offices in Springfield and Branson West the staff bend over backwards to help you with any concern. I also have dental fear and they use gas so I did great. I can't say enough about both offices and the staff. My final out of pocket expense for this nightmare was 30 thousand. Thank God I found Ascend Dental by far and hands down the best place to have any dental work done. I grew up on a cattle ranch in Nebraska and eat my first steak in 4 1/2 years thanks to my Heros at Ascend Dental.
